Your Gut Feelings”

Whenever I look back at a last minute trip between points A&B that made no logical sense to me at the time I made the decision to go I almost always see a reason I felt the urge to go. I don’t believe in coincidences so I have to believe that it is God Who places the urges and unctions in my gut to get up and get on the road. It never fails that when I follow the feeling in my gut to get out and ride I end up either meeting a new friend or I cross paths with an old friend who needs a brother at that moment.

I know that not everyone can pack up their scooter and ride thousands of miles for weeks or months at a time but we can all follow our gut feelings and take a different route to our favorite destinations than we normally would. If we would all listen to that little whisper telling us to get out of the rut we tend to dwell in, life would be much more fun and exciting. It can be a little uncomfortable the first few times we take that alternate route but it is well worth the effort, especially when it results in meeting new friends or just finding a road with some great twists and turns…. I truly hope everyone has a safe, fun and exciting riding season and that we all meet new friends and can make a difference in our world.
