ERKADO is the example of a success of family business on the global market. Very dynamic and determined development of production potential cause that more and more often You open... ERKADO doors. ERKADO is the manufacturer of exterior and interior doors. It is the trademark that has embraced wholesale and export sales since 2010. Together with all the assets presented by ERKADO such as: 35th anniversary of the Plant, opening the new production warehouse circa 4.500 sq/m, continuous development [SOFT, STILE, TWIN technology and a wide range of sliding systems] and numerous investments [purchase of robots and new machinery] the company is a leader in the manufacture of doors of high quality at reasonable price. Carpentry Plant Zbigniew Kozłowski was established in Chwałowice (Province Podkarpackie) in Poland. The founder is Zbigniew Kozłowski– the master of carpentry who learnt his first crafts from his father, also a carpenter. Therefore the Plant has been characterized by the long family tradition. Initially, the Plant provided the services connected with broadly comprehended carpentry and woodwork and that is doors, windows, chairs etc. This was the added value and helped better understanding as far as the individual needs of our Clients. With time, market tendencies have determined high demand for wooden doors and windows and so, in order to meet the needs, the Plant followed the trend by investing in innovative technological solutions. Thanks to very efficient management and large investments the Plant strengthened Its position on the market. Gradually, the production focus shifted mainly to the manufacture of wooden exterior and interior doors. What went with this was the big number of investments. The Plant purchased modern machinery centres which made for appliance of the

board technology in manufacture of doors, what to a great extent improved on the product quality. Further investments in 2005 allowed to establish another factory located in Gościeradów. Old industrial area turned into a blooming production centre. Smooth production is the effect of qualified staff as well as modern technical equipment present in the factory. This enables us to produce more than 30 thousand pieces of interior doors, more than 30 thousand pieces of door frames and around 250 wooden exterior doors a month. The recent investment, already received, was a modern conference centre which functions as the base of theoretical and practical knowledge to our APS. Apart from investing in high end machinery ERKADO puts a great focus on Its staff. ‘- Employees working here are not random. We do take care each employee [currrently circa 250 people] to feel crucial, significant and irreplacable and have space to personal and professional growth. Thanks to this, work becomes a pleasure, which positively influences upon the staff reliability and works well for good spirits in our company’ - says Zbigniew Kozłowski, the owner of ERKADO. As one of the leaders in the branch, the company also takes up numerous initiatives and supports charities as well as individuals. STILE CPL TECHNOLOGY is based on wrapping the flat surface and well as door rebate with the laminate CPL 0.2 mm thick highly resistant to scratches and friction. CPL laminate has numerous techical advantages. It is characterised with high resistance to hits, friction, scratches as well as high temperatures and UV radiation. Applying this type of material allows for the exploitation of doors in so called ‘hard’ spaces HDF [open to high temperatures, humidity or excessive use]. FILLING

STILE door leafs are characterised with exceptionally solid construction because not only the rail but stiles are all made of full MDF. The production involves new TECHNOLOGY of wrapping the door leaf without visible connections of the foil. Bigger weight of door leaf, solid construction, lack of visible foil connections, using two pintle hinges and professional production process are only some of the factors influencing greatly upon the esthetics and quality of the product.

SOF T TECHNOLO GY SOFT TECHNOLOGY is based on wrapping the flat surface as well as the door rebate with one piece of foil whose connection is performed in only one invisible point. Doors made in SOFT technology have no sharp edges what makes them look more esthetic and modern-like. The door leaf is covered with finish foil of higher resistance to scratches and so it improves and greatly influences on intensive exploitation. SOFT door leaf has additional vertical rails; it makes the construction more solid and this has significant importance with high glazed door leafs.

STANDARD CPL TECHNOLO GY STANDARD CPL TECHNOLOGY is based on wrapping the flat surface with the laminate CPL 0.2 mm thick highly resistant to scratches and friction. CPL laminate has numerous techical advantages. It is characterised with high resistance to hits, friction, scratches as well as high temperatures and UV radiation. Applying this type of material allows for the exploitation of doors in so called ‘hard’ spaces [open to high temperatures, humidity or excessive use]. In door leafs made in STANDARD CPL technology we apply three hinges. We recommend SET Ottimo Door Care for cleaning, refreshing and maintaining good condition of CPL.

STANDARD L AK TECHNOLO GY is based on wrapping flat surface with 3 mm thick HDF board lacquered in a given colur. The edges of the door leaf are covered with egde foil imitating the colour of flat surface. The door leaf made in STANDARD LAK technology has sharp edges where the surface board with edge foil meet.

SOF T PCV TECHNOLO GY SOFT PCV technology is based on wrapping under high pressure flat or milled surface, together with rebate, with PCV foil 0.7 mm thick by connecting it in one non-visible place. PCV foils make unique and solid coat resistant to scratches, extreme temperatures, humidity and detergents. SOFT PCV technology is used for production of staircase entrance doors of HERSE collection. SOFT PCV

TECHNOLOGY SOF T SOFT TECHNOLOGY is based on wrapping the flat surface as well as the door rebate with one piece of foil whose connection is performed in only one invisible point. Doors made in SOFT technology have no sharp edges what makes them look more esthetic andmodern-like. The door leaf is covered with finish foil of higher resistance to scratches and so it improves and greatly influences on intensive exploitation. SOFT door leaf has additional vertical rails; it makes the construction more solid and this has significant importance with high glazed door leafs.

ADJUSTABLE TUNNEL FR AMES ■■ TUNNEL TYPE OF FRAME Tunnel frame is an adjustable frame or fixed frame without any hardware. It is construdted with one horizontal and two vertical beams. It can be applied to decorate in-door spaces as the element of protection to wall edges. Nevertheless more often it is used for the esthetical reasons as the decoration of the whole interior. Rebated and non-rebated adjustable and fixed tunnel frames are also used in ERKADO sliding systems. Non-rebated adjustable tunnel frames are not used in sliding systems.

DOOR FR AMES – Rebated adjustable and fixed frames can be applied to all kind of interior doors by ERKADO made in board STANDARD and SOFT technologies as well as in STILE and TWIN technologies. – Non-rebated adjustable frame can be applied to interior doors made in board technolgy as well as STILE technolgy. These frames include three hidden hinges. – Frames are made of high quality MDF and are covered with durable foil imitating wood structures. – Depending on technology, the frames are covered with the following types of finishing: finish foil, GREKO, CPL and PVC. – Frames to STILE and TWIN doors have default third hinge. – Each set of frame includes: separate elements of frame, hinges, screws. Particular elements have necessary drillings in the connection spots. – Each set includes assmbly instruction and guarantee card. – Fixed frame to HERSE collection and TWIN doors is square.
