That is 1 full day of collaboration every 6 weeks, 7 times a year: We start with an innovative, AI-based personality analysis, which forms the basis for self-reflection and examination. This evaluation of your character, motives, and competencies provides a starting point for our deep dive into the transformation process. You will receive a customized framework that allows us to identify your blind spots and address your vulnerabilities. Breaking out from the norm and adopting a new paradigm of leadership will lead you to a new way of walking / leading. We will follow a strategic process fueled by your commitment and open-minded awareness to explore and develop new behaviors, advanced skills, and effective leadership patterns.
