Product Information The IL450 Series is the first true commercial grade LED industrial light, designed to replace existing high-pressure mercury, high pressure sodium, and metal halide lamp fixtures of much higher wattage classes. It is available in numerous choices of optics for a wide range of applications. The IL450 Series is constructed from high grade aluminum alloys and has an IP68 (waterproof) and petrochemical industry rating, suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Its patented Air Bi-Pass Convection System enables excellent thermal management to ensure long LED life with extended lumen maintenance and virtually zero fixture maintenance. Without any secondary optics, the IL450 Series provides ultra-bright industry leading high efficacy light output, resulting in cost effective solutions with a short ROI period. Available with numerous versatile mounting systems including a patented Snap & Turn mounting system enabling, a simple, safe and cost effective installation. Product Information The SML series Surface Mount Luminaire is a lightweight all-purpose utility linear light with versatile mounting options. It is designed for indoor and outdoor applications that require high output of light for industrial facilities. It is an ultra-energy efficient high efficacy luminaire replacing fluorescent fixtures of much higher wattages. The SML series is available in 12 / 24 / 38 Watts and provides glare-free, 240° comfortable uniform lighting in all working environments. The patented Passive Air Cooling System enables low LED Junction Temperatures (Tj) for maintenance free long life. US PATENT #7,676,915 B2 other US and international patents pending.

All Light Emitting Design light fixtures have a lumen maintenance factor (LMF) that takes into account the reduction of luminous flux due to the aging of the light fixture. Light Emitting Design considers thermal management as the key factor in maintaining the highest possible luminous flux in all its fixtures. Displayed above is the LMF for each specific product. Real life lumen maintenance values were obtained for the period of 20,000 hours. Calculated test results were obtained for 35,000 hours and 50,000 hours by using industry applied standards such as IESNA LM-79, IESNA LM-80 and LED chip manufacturer data.
