Skema, in collaborazione con un pool di aziende europee, lancia sul mercato questa nuova materia, frutto di sette anni di ricerca. Cuore pulsante il “WOOD POWDER”, composto da fibrato di legno europeo e resina bianca. Un’idea semplice per un progetto che darà impulso al mercato dei pavimenti, rivestimenti e arredamenti.

The Nadura project has been developed during many years or research, showing the incredible versatility of this mixture that, during processing, it is extremely malleable and ductile. These important features of the material gave us the opportunity to study its great expressiveness according to design and furnishings, creating geometric designs, which repeat themselves in texture, and the reinterpretation of surfaces in a natural way (wood, leaves, stone, 3D maps). The result is a product that is very sensory to touch and loyal to sight.

Skema, in collaboration with a pool of European Companies, introduces this new material as a result of seven years of research. The beating heart is the WOOD POWDER, made of European wood fibres and white resin. A simple idea for a project that will start off the market of flooring, coverings and furnishings.

Il progetto Nadura è stato sviluppato dopo numerosi anni di ricerca, mettendo in evidenza l’estrema versatilità di questo composto che, in fase di lavorazione, risulta estremamente malleabile e duttile. Queste importanti caratteristiche della materia, ci hanno dato la possibilità di studiarne l’elevata espressività in funzione del design e dell’arredamento dando vita a disegni geometrici replicabili in texture e, in un secondo momento, alla rilettura delle superfici in chiave naturale (legno, foglie, pietra e mappe 3D). Il risultato è un prodotto fortemente sensoriale al tatto restando fedele alla vista.

Una nuova materia, colorata in massa, senza l’impiego aggiuntivo di vernici, protezioni, film. Un prodotto che impiega tecnologie esistenti a basso consumo energetico, senza produzione di residui. Un aspetto nuovo, materico, con strutture profonde o abbinato a tranciati in legno nobile, capace di trasformare da dentro il legno stesso. Resistente all’impatto e con ottime prestazioni di reazione al fuoco, con certificazione in Bfl, ma senza alcuna emissione.
Realizzato con legno europeo conforme agli standard FSC e resina melaminica bianca, in assenza di collanti, vernici o cere, carte, inchiostri o altri strati protettivi. È inoltre conforme agli standard europei AgBB e A+ per il mondo delle costruzioni, che stabiliscono i limiti delle emissioni di VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds).
A new material, full coloured, without the additional use of paints, protections, films. A product that employs existing technologies with low energy consumption, without producing residues. A new aspect, made of matter, with deep structures or combined with noble wood veneers, able to transform the wood itself from the inside. Impact resistant and with good fire reaction features according with Bfl certification, without any emissions.
COLORATO IN MASSA FULL COLOURED
Realized with European Wood in compliance with FSC standard, and white melamine resin, without glues, varnishes or waxes, papers, inks or other protective layers. It is also in compliance with the European AgBB and A+ standards of the building market, that establish VOC ( Volatile Organic Compounds) emission limits.

Il primo pavimento in vero legno stratificato che non impiega collanti ma si combina con il WOOD POWDER, matrice del legno NADURA, per diventare un legno strutturato, maggiorato nella resistenza all’impatto ed all’usura con ottime prestazioni di reazione al fuoco in classe Bfl, quindi idoneo ad ogni impiego in ambienti collettivi.
The first layered flooring made of wood that doesn’t use any glue, but WOOD POWDER, core of NADURA, in order to become a textured wood, increased in the impact and wear resistance, with additional features of Bfl fire reaction, and thus suitable for any use in public environments.
