Fast&Easy - simple and fast The Fast&Easy system reduces board assembly times by up to 40% compared with the standard fixing systems with bolts and screws, whilst still maintaining the typical solidity of the GEWISS boards.
Accessories that make installation easier The wide choice of accessories further extends the application possibilities of 46 Range: panels with or without windows, inner doors, uprights for frame fixing, DIN rails, back-mounting plates, trunking kits, pole support kits, panels for fixing MCCBs, etc.
Top performance and reliability The thermosetting material used for the boards of the 46 QP range guarantees excellent resistance to UV rays and chemical/ atmospheric agents, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. NOTES: The configurations reported in the table are ONLY valid if the peak current of the indicated switch (in correspondence of the assumed short-circuit current in the installation point) is NOT higher than 17kA, or if the assumed short-circuit current in the delivery point, in line with the main board switch, is NOT greater than 10kA. Check the thermal power according the method indicated in the pages of the Technical Catalogue. The kits are fixed by means of uprights. The kit panels are 2-module high. The MTX 160c and MTX 160 (both 3P and 4P) should be fastened to the DIN rail by means of suitable brackets included in the GW D8 261 kit. The MTX 250 (both 3P and 4P) on the other hand require the GW D8 262 kit. The coupling of the MTX moulded-case devices on the DIN rail, using the relative residual current device, requires the use of the special brackets that can be found in the relative section of the DIN catalogue. In the case of cable entry from below, you are advised to insert a blank panel above the moulded-case/switch disconnector kit, so the wires can be pulled more easily. The MSS switch disconnectors cannot be installed on the same DIN rail with the MTX moulded-case devices because of their different depths.

The MTX 250 (both 3P and 4P) require the GWD8262 kit. The coupling of the MTX moulded-case devices - and relative residual current device - on the DIN rail requires the use of special brackets that can be found in the appropriate section of the DIN catalogue. You are advised to always insert a blank panel above the moulded-case/switch-disconnector kit, to facilitate the cord positioning in the case of cord entry from the bottom. The MSS switch-disconnectors cannot be installed together with MTX moulded-case devices on a single DIN rail from the kit, as they are of differing depths The peak current of the one-way switch indicated (in line with the presumed short-circuit current in the installation point) must NOT be greater than 17kA.
