What not to miss on the menu. Food, glorious food. Siago is known to have the best coffee and is one of the first establishments on the island to be included in the exclusive Tatler Dining Guide’s list of 2023. With food inspired by Central and South America with a touch of global dishes, try their Motuleños, Oats-TwoWays or their Eggs Benny for breakfast. You can also order daing na bangus and eggplant torta from their Filipino fare.
For lunch or dinner, don’t miss the Pollo ala Brasa, blackened chicken that’s easily a house favorite, or their Lomo Saltado, stir-fried beef in saltado sauce mixed with onions, tomatoes, and fries. The range of mouthwatering salads includes Watermelon Ceviche with mangoes and feta cheese, drizzled with whiskey balsamic. Specialty drinks include a Latin Pisco Sour made of pisco, lime, egg white, and sugar. The Pisco Sour is an earthy and refreshing drink. It’s also the national cocktail of Peru and Chile.
