Welcome to Waterford Green, a neighborhood of 152 upscale homes nestled in the rolling hills along the Chattahoochee National Forest and the Chattahoochee River. The 90 acres that the neighborhood is built on was owned by the National Park Service for years before this beautiful community was developed by award winning Chatham Communities.

Homes are built with custom moulding and millwork, creating a space that feels balanced, well constructed and luxurious. Beautiful two story foyers, spacious kitchens that open to two story family rooms, and secondary bedrooms with ensuite baths are found in many of the homes in this neighborhood.

And for those who have a bit more stamina, the Chattahoochee Nature Center is about 2.5 miles from the neighborhood and accessible by sidewalk/multi-use path and the Roswell Riverwalk. Enjoy a bike ride or stroll to Hyde Farm . This natural treasure containing 42 acres of green space is located about 1.5 miles from Waterford Green. Nature programs, a fishing pond, trails and community garden make it a favorite place to commune with nature.
