It means that you should be prepared for all night dancing, covered in foam from head to toe . The event will feature 8 foam cannons and 4 foampads from the ceiling. There are 2 kinds of machines – generators for foam. One of them is socalled foampad. It is ideal for big events, parties in halls or open air locations. The capacity of the machine is 250 000 l/min. It is the biggest foam machine on the market. The other sort of the machine is foam cannon. The main characteristic of his is that it

shoots the foam on the distance of 6-8 meters, and is it good for events and performances where the distance of the audience or some target is great. Besides the range, its main advantage is mobility. The capacity is 100 000 l/ min. The foam is not flammable, and it can not lead to any kind of explosion. It is based on the concentrate of the detergent that is mixed with water. It is not dangerous for the skin, it does not damage the clothes or any hard metarials. The foam is not dangerous for the environment. The liquid is bilogicaly disolvable. Everything in the venue will be made out of special material in order to enable the safe movement of visitors and dancers. So, expect extremely funny and enjoyable experience. festival tips The historic areas and buildings of Belgrade are among the city’s premier attractions. deep into our pockets to bring you the best DJs, groups, music promoters, labels and club nights we have had the pleasure of working with over the past 5 years. Disco 3000 was born out of a desire to unite these wellestablished organizations and their loyal followers from all across Europe for one reason: to share their love of the music. The festival will be a sun-drenched melting pot for like-minded individuals to express themselves and open their minds to music of all genres. festival tips In Petrcane there are a number of forms of accommodation available to suit every taste. To make a breakthrough in the international dance arena, through releases in renowned foreign labels and gigs in the most esteemed clubs and festivals around the world. What is also noteworthy is the fact that a great portion of the aforementioned artists have more bookings abroad than in the frontiers of their own country. It’s a fact that Greece possesses a vibrant dance scene that still starves for spaces and locations that can promote their

work and their aesthetics. Locations that live up to an alternative mentality, technically apt and familiar to those who refuse to forget and those who crave to know the «rave» aspect of a party. Apart from the artists who are still based in Athens, many djs/producers have already relocated abroad in cities like London and Berlin, establishing an even closer relationship with the international dance scene and putting together a bio that impresses with gigs at wellknown festivals like Movement, Sonar, Exit, Winter Music Conference (Miami/U.S.A.) and many more. Therefore it’s obvious beyond a shadow of a doubt, that it is time for the Greek dance scene to receive its kiss of life and to be promoted in the way that it truly deserves, as a unity and not fragmented. This is the basic motive behind the initiative of Panayiotis Pilafas, a new music talent from New York, and Nektarios Ioannidis, the one of the founders of the team reSOLUTE, who after a really successful event series in New York, decided to organize a 24 hour dance event, in their birth place, under the title enTechno, on the 5th of September at the Cultural Center «Hellenic Cosmos». festival tips The city is one of the world’s main centres of archaeological research and has been a popular destination for travellers since antiquity. The city also supports a vast number of music venues, theatrical stages and open air garden cinemas, more than any other city in the world. CE Summer Festivals Guide, August 2009– 15
