They will also cover all maintenance of the units and their support team will be on hand to help with any queries. London masterclass and seminar timetable 11am—12 noon: Medal Room
A Blueprint to Success in association with Harpers Wine & Spirit Trades Review Award-winning independent wine merchants and restaurateurs will share the secrets of their success to all those attending SITT next year. During the seminar A Blueprint for Success, you will be able to hear first-hand from leading independent wine merchants, restaurateurs and business consultants on what they see as the key steps that help an independent business stand out on a competitive high street. In London the A Blueprint for Success line-up includes wine consultant Tim Wildman MW of Les Caves de Pyrene and Winetec, as well as wine merchants and restaurateurs.

Fine Wines of Long Island Charles Metcalfe, co-chairman of the prestigious and authoritative wine competition, the International Wine Challenge, is taking time out of his busy schedule to present fine wines from five wineries in Long Island, New York state. THE SOMMELIER CHILE CHALLENGE: The Second Sommelier Chile Challenge will be held in July.
