HOISTING FLAG Flags designed for hoisting with a halyard have a heading or sleeve and two grommets or eyelets for attachment.

HOISTING FLAG in portrait format The vibrant motion of a hoisted flag accentuates the effectiveness of your printed advertising. These flags also flutter in a slight breeze and are suitable for permanent installation.

STICK AND HAND-WAVING FLAGS The flags are attached to a stick and can be carried or mounted in a stand.

TRIANGULAR FLAG This triangular flag is often used for signalling purposes.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

CHAIN OF FLAGS Ideal for decoration without flagpoles. A reinforced pole in the flags prevent them curling up, even under strong wind conditions.

First soak then wash in warm water PARADE FLAG Ideal for sporting events, for example for presenting the teams. Supplied with handles.

There are two important dimensions to ensure an optimum flag size: The flagpole length and the flag length. The length of the flag should be approximately one third of the length of the flagpole. The higher the flag flies, the more elegant the effect. .

SWALLOWTAIL BANNER

CORPORATE BANNER Size 100 x 120 cm printed or embroidered on polyester. With inserted cross-pole, end caps, hanging cord. Made of artificial silk in burnished gold, gold fringe on the lower edge of the banner.

The banner has a cross-pole at the top and a hanging fitting. The vertical flag is then perfectly displayed. It is usually used for flagging avenues and streets. This flag should only be used under good weather conditions.

TABLE FLAGS Fabric, 9 x 14 cm, hung on plastic cross-pole rod with a long finial.

INDOOR FLAGS Available in three flag fabric qualities: Ottoman, Securifix or Faille. With gold fringes, flag size: 100 x 120 cm

3 - Only select the best fabric quality HIGH-QUALITY FLAG FABRICS The three flag fabric qualities on offer in our catalogue have been tested at the Institute for Fluid Mechanics in Lille. In the vertical SV 4 wind tunnel, a construction which is unique in Europe, our fabrics are tested to investigate their durability under various wind conditions and the results confirmed in a test report. On the basis of the various tests we were able to develop a so-called WF coefficient (wind and flutter resistance). We only use flag fabrics with a WF coefficient of above 50.

Quality-tested by the “Office National d’Etudes et de Recherches Aérospatiales” in Lille.

SELECTING THE OPTIMUM FABRIC QUALITY To ensure a long service life, select the quality of your flag to suit prevailing weather conditions.

A hoisting flag has a heading and rings or a heading and grommets and is hoisted on a flagpole.

or hanging flag? A hanging flag is attached to a wooden rod of wood (or steel for flag size 150 x 225 cm) covered in blue plastic. It can also be attached to a flagpole (refer to the table on page 21).

How do I use the table below?

Our flags are available in the sizes 40 x 60 cm to 200 x 300 cm and can be hung on poles with a length of 40 x 60 cm to 150 x 225 cm. All other dimensions upon request.

Country: The countries are listed alphabetically.

The grey background highlights the countries in the bestseller group.

Series: All flags are categorised in series S1, 2 or 3, depending on the complexity (number of colours or coats of arms). The price of your flag depends on the series. (refer to the table below)

The most popular flags have a

special " BEST-SELLER " price. The countries with a grey background are only available in ecofix, Size: 100 x 150cm - 150 x 225 - 200 x 300 cm
