Welcome to our ninth online exhibition, Fitch & McAndrew Online IX.
The online version of this catalogue will allow you to zoom in to be able to see the intricate characteristics of the glazes and the slips beneath them.
Each of the pieces is listed for sale in the online shop on our website, please follow the links from the catalogue entries to buy the piece or make an enquiry.
We hope you enjoy what you see in these pages and please do contact us with any queries. We can take further photos or a short video to show the pot in 360 degrees if that would be helpful. If you would like to ‘virtually’ see a pot, please contact us and we can arrange a suitable to time to hold a video call with you over the internet.
Postage and packing will be at cost. We try to use as many recycled materials for packaging as possible.
The postage costs for the UK, Europe and USA are detailed within these bands. For other countries we can give you a quote if you would like us to. We aim to provide the best value at time of dispatch.
UK: A: £9 B: £12 C: £18 D: £26

For multiple orders there may be a surcharge for postage depending on the parcel size, we will be in touch if this is the case, we always use the most economical dispatch method at the time.
Payment can be taken through the website by credit or debit card or PayPal or there is still the BACS or cheque options too if you prefer. We will send the pots out as soon as we are able to though if the pots sell quickly there are only the two of us wrapping and packing so please bear with us.
Visitors are welcome to come and view the pots at the workshop, just drop us a line to arrange a mutually convenient time.
To get the high gloss finish on our pots we like to glaze thickly. Our glazes are fluid, so on occasion we will grind back excess glaze from the foot of the pot to ensure that the piece will sit properly on a flat surface. We only grind the glaze however, not the body of the pot.
Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may send the piece back within 28 days of receiving it and we will offer a refund upon safe return of the work.

We are happy to post work worldwide. For prices to the UK, Europe and the USA these will come up as you arrange to pay for a piece in the web shop. We charge postage and packing at cost.
For other countries we will give you a quote on postage after your purchase and will of course offer a full refund should you find the shipping costs prohibitively expensive. We always try to find the most economical option.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to cancel your contract by giving us notice before you receive the goods or within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to exercise this right prior to dispatch of goods, please contact us by email, through the contact form on our website or telephone 07789735398.
If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, please let us know before you return them (unused and undamaged with the original packaging) within 28 days and we’ll refund or replace them. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment used to purchase the goods once we receive the goods safely back from you at our premises. If you are not able to return the goods in a perfect condition or without the original packaging, then we may charge you for any reduction in value of the goods as a result.
You will be responsible for all returned goods until they reach our premises. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage certificate or other means of verifying carriage to our premises when returning any part of you order.
None of the above will affect your statutory rights.
