A new build housing development in the Woodlands conservation area of Glasgow. The new 65 unit scheme sits on the site of a former car garage and will mediate between the tenemental scale of West Princes St and the townhouses of Grant Street whilst holding the prominent position on the corner of St George’s Road. We received planning permission after an extended period of consultation where the schemes of previous architects had been rejected.
