Since its Spring, let’s talk about the sun for a moment. Do you like it on your front porch in the evening, or on your back deck? Does it make your morning happier to see it streaming in your bedroom window or are you wanting total black out curtains? The orientation of your lot can be a very serious consideration. Good news– we have lots facing every which way.
We are full steam ahead on Phase 5A here in Miller’s Pond. There are foundations going in on every street in the area! Our next round of Semi-detached will soon be for sale, and just in time as we are official SOLD out on Feather’s Crossing! Along with it being a busy time with Semi-Detached sales, we’re also down to our 1 available home on the south side of Parish Park.
