Οι φωτιστικοί στύλοι αποτελούνται από μέρη χυτού αλουμινίου, όπως: βάση, βραχίονες, κορυφή, σύνδεσμοι και αυλακωτό profile αλουμινίου όσον αφορά τα ενδιάμεσα ύψη. Γίνονται ειδικές κατασκευές κατόπιν παραγγελίας μέχρι 7 μέτρα ύψος. Τα φωτιστικά σώματα παράγονται και αυτά από χυτό αλουμίνιο. Στάνταρ χρώματα: Πράσινο Rafaello, Rafaello, Ανθρακί, Μαύρο, Λευκό.

Η βάση τους γίνεται με ηλεκτροστατική μέθοδο και είναι πάχους 50-70 μικρών. Το κράμα αλουμινίου που χρησιμοποιείται είναι AL Si 12. Οι φωτιστικοί στύλοι αλουμινίου δεν υφίστανται ηλεκτρόλυση, αλλοίωση ή φθορά. Τόσο το υλικό παραγωγής τους, όσο και η επεξεργασία τους, εγγυώνται μακροχρόνια χρήση χωρίς συντήρηση. Οι φωτιστικοί στύλοι αλουμινίου της ALUMINCO αφού υπέστησαν δοκιμές, έλαβαν πιστοποιητικό επιθεώρησης BUREAU VERITAS.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS The lighting posts consist of cast aluminium parts being: the base, the arms and the top cover. Adapted constructions of 7 meters maximum total height are feasible upon request. The connecting parts as well as the grooved part consist of aluminium profile. Standard Colours: Green Rafaello, Grey Rafaello, Anthracite, White, Black. The lanterns as well as the other types of lights, are also made of cast aluminium. Electrostatic coating is used of 50-70 micros. The material used for casting is an aluminium alloy AL Si 12. The lighting posts cannot undergo any electrolysis or deterioration. Both the aluminium used and the finishing are suitable for outdoor use and are guaranteed to be maintenance free. ALUMINCO lighting posts, after having passed the necessary tests, have obtained the BUREAU VERITAS QUALITY CERTIFICATE.
