Efficient & functional solution Our trays provide a modern and efficient packaging solution for poultry, meat and processed meat. The properties of their PP and PET/PE materials provide optimal rigidity, durability, and impact resistance, and deliver perfect product display on supermarket shelves. Their special structure and the high quality of our production process ensure smooth circulation across the entire supply chain. The trays run on most tray sealer lines, and are available in a universal range of sizes, creating synergy throughout the logistics process and in turn lowering cost. To meet the growing demands of the fresh-meat industry, we have developed a new ultralight tray range, which reduces total weight by more than 35%.

Attractive product presentation White, black or clear PP and PET/PE trays are available. Other colors are available on request. We also offer DuoSkin, a revolutionary technology of pre-printed film in-top of foil, which allows maintaining attractive branding

with packaging robustness. Our films can also be used for additional protection of a product, and for separation from the environment. These films are usually clear, but on request can be decorated with high-quality flexographic or rotogravure printing.

Optimal absorption Absorbers are automatically applied to packaging to ensure fresh and attractive presentation of the product. Quadripartite-closed absorbers add longevity to the product and a more aesthetic presentation. Additionally, natural cellulose absorbers can be used to fully comply with today’s increasingly stringent environmental standards. Many years of experience in the industry and expert knowledge allows us to be flexible in choosing the right absorbers that best meet the customer’s expectations.

The trays are suitable for MAP food packaging to achieve a longer shelf life.
