QQQQ Welcome back to Mackintosh at The Willow

T

hanks to all the support and donations from wonderful customers, friends, and family, Scotland’s best loved tearooms, Mackintosh at the Willow, was able to open its beautiful doors once again to the public on September 16th, 2020. A successful crowdfunding campaign saw the business raise in excess of its £20,000 target, which allowed the social enterprise to re-open its doors safely, in accordance with government guidelines. With the help from Edinburgh Boarders Roofing, the floors have been refinished, the building exterior has had a fresh coat of paint and the Salon de Luxe is looking as new as the day it first opened its stained-glass doors in 1903. Mackintosh at the Willow are now preparing an online retail store so you can purchase your favourite items from the comfort of your own home. Due to launch at the end of September. The tearooms have been delighted to finally announce the re-introduction of their Salon de Luxe with an exclusive Afternoon Tea package that is set to launch October 15th 2020. So, get booked in for an exquisite afternoon tea and then peruse the bespoke and boutique gifts on offer in the retail store, visit the exhibition and be wowed on their fantastic daily tours of the site.
