We love Holderness. We call it Mayberry, RFD, on the Lake. We like that the home is easy to get to, and a short walk to the town amenities.

From the master bedroom we go to sleep listening to the loons, and we wake up to
spectacular sunrises from behind Red Hill across the lake. •
The porch is where we spend the most time. In the summer it is the center of activity - open and breezy and social. In the winter with a fire going, it is a warm, cozy old barn. It is soooooo quiet and relaxing.

The gently sloping water depth is perfect. The dock at the entrance to the channel is where we keep our boat during the day. We love that the channel-side dock is so social. We’ve met many new friends passing slowly by on their boats. It’s also a great dock for fishing.
