The Property A girls’ camp back in the early 1900s, this property now offers five seasonal cabins, gorgeous grounds and wide‐open spaces – this would make a great family compound or summer rental business. The expansive back yard is home to fruit trees, stone walls, and the remnants of an old stone fireplace. The cabins have separate water lines and updated electric.
The Waterfront In addition, this property has 100’ of water frontage on Rust Pond – a lesser‐known but sparkling clean, spring‐fed pond in South Wolfeboro. The beach and dock are accessed by a short, wide path through the woods.

The Barn This large barn is set up as a “rec hall.” Furnished with vintage items and featuring a huge screened porch, it’s big enough to hold game tables, a piano, or a family reunion (or all three). Large doors on either end roll open and the barn stays cool in the summer – the breezes blow right through. The possibilities here are endless.

Wolfeboro
Wolfeboro, New Hampshire is known as “The Oldest Summer Resort in America”
Wolfeboro's claim to fame is based on the building of a large summer mansion on the shores of Lake Wentworth in 1771 by Colonial Governor John Wentworth. Wolfeboro is a traditional walking downtown with local artisan galleries, gift shops and nice restaurants. It is the quintessential New England town. Wolfeboro is only two hours from Boston’s Logan International Airport and is an hour and twenty minutes from Manchester Airport . There is also a full‐service local airport in Laconia (KLCI) just a half hour away. With no income or sales tax, there is a lot to love in this wonderful area.
