Our Strategy Adam has been doing Pay Per Click (PPC) marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) on his websites since 2003, experience gained through his time as the Marketing Director at a Management Consulting Firm. Today, it remains an integral part of our marketing strategy. It is not flashy or glamorous, it is simply, highly effective. He has found the highest and best use for marketing dollars is money spent ensuring his business shows up in Google with the sole purpose of finding qualified buyers for NH real estate. When a potential client is typing in specific search words (ex. “Downtown Portsmouth Condo”, “Lake Winnipesaukee Boathouse” or “Loon Mountain Real Estate”) in Google, we want our business to be the first that shows up. As of Aug 1, 2022, his marketing efforts have produced 819 closed sales where DRG represented the buyer, 24.9% percent of them were his own listings (the percentage goes to 36.6% for our listings over $1,000,000). Every Time he spends money in other avenues he considers the opportunity cost in PPC.

About

Adam and Becky

Adam and Becky met in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Adam had just finished his BS in Business Administration at the Whittemore School of Business and Economics and Becky was finishing up the same degree at WSBE. They worked at a management consulting company prior to moving to Wolfeboro to start a family. Beginning in 2003, Adam focused on building his reputation in real estate while Becky worked as a buyer, then manager, for Filene’s prior to landing in insurance in Wolfeboro. Her role as a mother had priority for their 3 kids and they feel grateful to be able to raise them in the Lakes Region. From 2003 to 2012 Adam worked his way to #9 in the state of New Hampshire as a single agent. As a result of switching to a team approach in 2013, the business grew exponentially and became the #1 Team in the state in 2016 & 2017. In 2018, the team expanded its coverage area from the Seacoast to the White Mountains. In 2018, Becky took on the role of the Director of Operations. The Dow Group is the #1 Team in New Hampshire and really has only just begun.

Becky has a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. She spent several years in the Boston corporate buying office of Filene’s, and later in the insurance industry as a licensed home and auto insurance agent. Becky started in the world of real estate in 2004 as Adam’s first lead and transaction coordinator. Now, as the Director of Operations, she handles the finances, payroll, HR, while 0 listing procedures, lead management and budget. When Becky isn’t in the office she is playing “soccer mom” for their 3 kids, walking the dog, hiking, boating and skiing.

Ben Wolfe

Ben is originally from the Boston area. He found his passion for real estate when he built his own off-grid cabin at age 19. From there, he began taking real estate courses during his studies at University of Colorado Boulder. After graduating, Ben went on to become a residential appraiser and real estate operations manager in Portland, Maine, where he gained valuable experience within the niche of residential appraisal. With a degree in entrepreneurship, Ben is a “big picture” thinker who’s all about building and operating business systems as well as coordinating efforts across a team. To Ben, the concept of homeownership reflects many of his fundamental values - freedom, independence, and self-reliance. In addition to his own personal interests, Ben has made it his mission to assist others in the realization of their homeownership goals.

Erin started her real estate career with 5 years as a licensed Realtor, working with both sellers and buyers. She has transitioned into working behind the scenes at the Dow Realty Group as full time support for the agents. Building on her experience in the field, she now has the task of keeping the operations side of the business running smoothly in her role as our Listing Coordinator. She is focused on preparing the back end of our listings, working with all of the DRG staff, agents and clients. Erin also manages onboarding and training for the Dow Realty Group. She also assists with referral programs and marketing projects. Erin resides in Gilford with her husband and son, and enjoys boating, skiing, and hiking whenever she can.
