Wine & Spirits Pull Help support the Dakota County Regional Chamber of Commerce Charitable Foundation by participating in our Wine & Spirits Pull. Proceeds for the Wine & Spirits Pull go towards providing scholarships to Dakota County high school students to help pay for their postsecondary education. The Wine & Spirits Pull is $20. You will pull a random cork with a number and receive the corresponding bottle with the same number. If you do not like the bottle of wine or spirit that you receive, you may pull a new number for an additional $5. Emcee - Roshini Rajkumar Roshini Rajkumar is a strategic communication and crisis coach to C-Suite executives. She hosts REAL Talk with Roshini on WCCO Radio and Discover Minnesota with Roshini on Facebook. She’s conducted thousands of interviews during nearly 25 years in broadcasting. Roshini is also a licensed attorney, mainstage speaker, and former TV reporter called upon by media across the US for commentary about crisis management, leadership, and political strategy. She’s a regular contributor on KSTP-TV Minneapolis, KNUS Denver, and WADL-TV Detroit.

Keynote Speaker - Laura Sobiech Minnesota Mom, Laura Sobiech, mother of the late Zach, who was diagnosed with osteosarcoma bone cancer at the young age 14. During three and a half years of battling the diagnosis alongside her son, Laura learned profound lessons of resilience, hope, and gratitude. Hear her tell her story of how the smallest acts of love can transform the world and how she came to understand that life is so much bigger than what is shown in front of us.

Introduction - Representative Angie Craig Rep. Angie Craig represents Minnesota’s Second Congressional District. She is fighting for working families - and for a Minnesota where every member of every family gets a fair shot. That means an opportunity for an outstanding education, career skills and technical training for 21st century jobs of the future, and a better life. She will work with anyone to improve the lives and opportunities of Minnesotans.


Mini-Keynote Speaker - Major General Johanna Clyborne Major General Johanna Clyborne assumed duties as Assistant Adjutant General, Joint Force Headquarters, Minnesota National Guard, Saint Paul, last year. She provides guidance, leadership, support, and oversight for 13,000 Soldiers and Airmen. In addition to her military career Major General Clyborne is a founding partner in the firm of Brekke, Clyborne & Ribich focusing on family law and has been named as a Minnesota Super Lawyer and one of Minnesota’s Top Women Lawyers by Minnesota Law and Politics.

Equity & Inclusion - Empowering Women in the Workplace The Equity & Inclusion - Empowering Women in the Workplace panel is comprised of Anne Doepner, Minnesota Vikings Director of Inclusion & Employee Investment, Erin Feigal, Prime Therapeutics Chief Human Resources Officer, and Drinal Foster, Wells Fargo Vice Presidnet Business Support Manager. These three women are role models and are highly respected professionals in their field of work. The panel discussion will focus on how women can achieve equity & inclusion in their workplace while discussing a future of work that works for women.

Scholarship Recipients Funds raised through today’s event are being used to award scholarships to five deserving female students, chosen from over 60 distinguished applicants. These young women are all attending their senior year of high school in the Dakota County region and moving into higher education. Carol is the Chief Operating Officer of Yankee Eye Clinic. She is always making time to help others out - whether it is finding a customer the perfect eye care solutions or empowering the next generation of women to become leaders through networking groups and in the workplace. She approaches life with enthusiasm and generosity. She is a strong role model in character and perseverance.

Woman/Minority Owned Business of the Year Sara Butruff - Travel Leaders Galaxy Travel

Sara is the owner of Travel Leaders Galaxy Travel in Apple Valley. Over the last year, the travel industry has been hit hard due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Despite this huge obstacle, Sara found ways to be innovative to keep her staff working. Sara is a role model and encourages others in her industry while always keeping a positive attitude.

Change Maker of the Year

Erin Feigal - Prime Therapeutics

Erin is Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at Prime Therapeutics. Erin has over 25 years’ experience leading human resources in a variety of male-dominated industries. Erin has persisted in advocating for giving people a voice. As Chief Human Resources Officer for an organization of 3,800 employees – 64% women and women holding half the leadership positions – she is a role model to challenge the status quo.
