Final project for my bachelor degree in architecture:
A metaphysical analysis of a site once at the pinnacle of the Spce Race’s ‘white heat of technology’ leads to an evaluation of technology today. The result is a physical manifestation of the virtual realm, in which physical location is made irrelevant and buildings themselves roam appropriate to ‘technomadic’ behaviour. Six separate buildings move according to routine and occasion, coming together during violent storms to form a protective dome.
