The Hawaii Team The Hawaii Team is located on the Big Island of Hawai’i and serves nine cities from South Point Park to Hawi. We specialize in luxury properties along the west side or Kona Coast. This includes the top luxury resorts on the west side of the Island: Kohanaiki, Kukio, Hualalai (Four Seasons) Waikoloa Beach, Mauna Lani and Mauna Kea. We serve clients locally but also specialize in meeting the unique virtual needs of clients across the United States and around the globe. We know the islands. Dan Polimino is a 14-year veteran of Real Estate in Colorado, California and Hawaii, and is currently a top luxury agent in Kona. Dan was an owner at Keller Williams Realty DTC in Denver (a 600 agent office), Keller Williams San Diego Central (a 150 agent office) and is now an investor in Kona Hawaii, Keller Williams Realty Maui – Big Island. Dan’s team in Denver sold between 80 to 120 homes a year. Dan has helped clients buy and sell in over 1,200 transactions. His experience and expertise contribute to his success as one of Kona’s top luxury agents.

Dan Polimino is recognized as a highly knowledgeable, successful agent, office owner and team leader. He was the real estate columnist for The Denver Post for five years, has a well-respected real estate blog, and had numerous appearances on local and national television. Dan was the real estate expert for FOX 31-TV’s “Good Day Colorado” and hosted his own radio show on KNUS 710AM in Denver called “Dream House Radio.” Prior to starting his Real Estate career, Dan spent 10 years leading the marketing efforts for a consumer products company. He also did freelance work in radio and television. Dan, his wife Jennifer and their two children Micah and Malia reside in Kona, Hawaii. They all enjoy paddle boarding, surfing, snorkeling and any activity in the ocean

Chris brings 23 years of luxury hospitality and sales experience in amenity driven real estate communities. For the past 7 years Chris has been a top agent selling luxury properties and specializing in private residential golf clubs in Texas and Hawaii. Clients will benefit from his intimate knowledge of Hualalai Resort, Kuki’o as well as Kohanaiki in Kailua-Kona. With a passion for service in West Hawaii, Chris is ready to assist you with your home buying and selling needs. Craig was born and raised in Utah. Craig first worked as a foreman and heavy machine operator for a large concrete company. He also served in the Utah National Guard with the 1457th Combat Engineers. Like many, he found a love for the island life, and relocated to Maui, where he became a Police Officer with the County of Maui, and received many commendations. Craig’s prior experience demonstrates his ability and desire to help people through challenging situations. As a Realtor and Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, he has earned a reputation for being trusted, thorough and responsive. He has the determination and skills to help clients navigate complex real estate transactions.

Craig lives on the island with his wife Joanne and their two children. Craig is a scuba certified rescue diver and plays catcher in his adult softball league.

Kukio Kukio Golf and Beach Club is a private, residential equity club on 675 acres on the Kona-Kohala coast. Club membership is exclusive to residents and includes a full service clubhouse, spa and fitness facility, dining, 10-hole Tom Fazio-designed Short Course, and ocean sports program. There is also an 18-hole Tom Faziodesigned Championship Golf Course up mauka (mountain).

The resort includes 143 home sites. Sales range from $1.3 million for land to $25 million for an estate home, for an average sale price of $6.25 million.
