On Saturday 18.03.2017, PADI Divemaster Ola Mostafa Khalaf managed to shoot magnificent photos of the Semi-Striated Arminid Nudibranch (Dermatobranchus semistriatus Baba, 1949) from the Car Cemetery Sea Ground, 19 meter deep in the Sea of Fujairah, Gulf of Oman, Arab Sea, Indian Ocean. This was the first record of its kind Gazelle : The Palestinian Biological Bulletin – Number 155 – November 2017

from the Fujairah Sea (United Arab Emirates). She was accompanied with Divemaster Aadel Alzaabi; Captain, Diver and Researcher Jomaa Bin Thalith and NAUI Diving Course Director Mohamed Jaber.

Description : Size: 4 cm. This animal has a white body with longitudinal streaks and black spots, bordered by a yellow band. It feeds on soft Alcyonaria corals (endemia.nc).
