‫تنتمً بُزاق البحر عارٌات الخٌاشٌم إلى الحٌوانات الرخوٌة البطنمدمٌة البحرٌة ؛ والتً تُسمط لولعتها بعد مرحلة الٌرلة ‪.‬‬ ‫وهً معروفة بألوانها اإلستثنائٌة وأشكالها ال ُمدهشة ‪ .‬وٌوجد حالٌا ً أكثر من ‪ 7011‬نوع ُمسجل ِعلمٌا ً من بُزاق البحر ‪.‬‬ ‫وٌرجع أصل كلمة "عاري الخٌاشٌم" ‪ nudibranch‬من كلمة نودوس ‪ nudus‬الالتٌنٌة ومعناها عاري ‪ ،‬وكلمة برانكٌا‬ ‫‪ brankhia‬الٌونانٌة ومعناها خٌاشٌم ‪.‬‬ ‫وٌضم بُزاق البحر مجموعات تصنٌفٌة ُمختلفة من ضمنها عارٌات الخٌاشبم ‪ ،‬ومجموعات ُمشابهة مثل مجموعة ساكوجلوسا‬ ‫‪ Sacoglossa‬ذات البناء الضوئً ومجموعة أجالجٌدي ‪ Aglajidae‬ال ُمختلفة األلوان والشبٌهة بعارٌات الخٌاشٌم ‪.‬‬ ‫وتنتشر عارٌات الخٌاشٌم فً بحار العالم ومن ضمنها البحار المدارٌة وال ُمحٌطات الجنوبٌة ‪.‬‬

‫تعٌش عارٌات الخٌاشٌم فعلٌا ً فً كل األعماق البحرٌة إبتداءا ً من المٌاه الشاطئٌة وحتى أعماق أكثر من ‪ 211‬متر ‪ .‬وٌُمكن‬ ‫رؤٌة التنوع الكبٌر من عارٌات الخٌاشٌم فً مناطك الشعاب الدافئة الضحلة ‪ ،‬مع أنه تم إكتشاف نوعا ً جدٌدا ً من عارٌات‬ ‫الخٌاشٌم على عُمك حوالً ‪ 70511‬مترا ً ‪.‬‬ ‫تُعتبر عارٌات الخٌاشٌم من الحٌوانات التً تزحف على األسطح الماعٌة ‪ .‬وٌُستثنى من ذلن جنس جالوكوس ‪Glaucus‬‬ ‫ترماتوٌدّس ‪ Cephalopyge trematoides‬والتً تسبح‬ ‫والتً تطفو مملوبة تحت سطح ال ُمحٌطات ‪ ،‬والنوع سّفالوبٌجة ّ‬ ‫فً عمود الماء البحري ‪.‬‬ ‫تم تسجٌل أكثر من ثالثمائة نوع من أنواع بُزاق البحر وعارٌات الخٌاشٌم فً المٌاه البحرٌة حول دولة اإلمارات العربٌة‬ ‫ال ُمتحدة فً الخلٌج العربً وخلٌج عُمان ‪ .‬وفً هذا الممال ال ِعلمً نُورد بعض أنواع بُزاق البحر والتً تم تصوٌرها بعدسة‬ ‫أستاذة التصوٌر الفوتوغرافً التحت مائً و ُمدربة الغوص العالمٌة الكابتن عُال ُمصطفى خلف ‪.‬‬

‫‪Nudibranchs are a group of soft-bodied, marine gastropod molluscs which shed their‬‬ ‫‪shells after their larval stage. They are noted for their often extraordinary colours and‬‬ ‫‪striking forms. The word "nudibranch" comes from the Latin nudus, naked, and the Greek βραγχια, brankhia, gills (Wikipedia). Nudibranchs are often casually called sea slugs, but many sea slugs belong to several taxonomic groups which are not closely related to nudibranchs. A number of these other sea slugs, such as the photosynthetic Sacoglossa and the colourful Aglajidae, are often confused with nudibranchs (Wikipedia). Nudibranchs occur in seas worldwide, including in the tropics and the Southern Ocean (Wikipedia). Nudibranchs live at virtually all depths of salt water, from the intertidal zone to depths well over 700 meters (2,300 feet). The greatest diversity of nudibranchs is seen in warm, shallow reefs, although a new nudibranch species was discovered at a depth near 2,500 meters (8,200 feet) (Wikipedia).

Nudibranchs are benthic animals, found crawling over the substrate. The only exceptions to this are the neustonic Glaucus nudibranchs, which float upside down just under the ocean's surface, and the pelagic nudibranch Cephalopyge trematoides, which swims in the water column (Wikipedia). Nudibranchs are hermaphroditic, thus have a set of reproductive organs for both sexes, but they cannot fertilize themselves. Nudibranchs typically deposit their eggs within a gelatinous spiral (Wikipedia). More than 300 Nudibranch and Sea Slug species were recorded in the seas around the United Arab Emirates, and this includes the Arabian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman. In this scientific article, several species will be mentioned. After being described initially in 1933 from the Gulf of Suez by the French opisthobranch malacologist Dr. Alice Pruvot-Fol (1873 – 1972), this species was not seen again until its rediscovery in 2000 in the Sea of Khorfakkan by the underwater photographers Carole Harris and Leon Betts. It lives also in the Gulf of Aqaba and the Northern Indian Ocean. It can reach a total length of at least 5 cm. .. ‫ٌعٌش بُزاق البحر عاري الخٌاشٌم ال ُمجعد (فٌلودزمٌوم بوٌندٌمٌاي) والذي ٌصل طوله إلى ‪ 5‬سنتٌمترات فً ال ُمحٌطٌن الهندي‬ ‫والهادي وكذلن الخلٌج العربً ‪ .‬وهو ٌمتاز بوجود زوائد جسمٌة شعرٌة ُمجعدة على جسمه ؛ وفً العادة تكون نهاٌاتها ُمزودة‬ ‫بمواد سامة ٌحصل علٌها من غذائه ‪ ،‬وٌستخدمها للدفاع عن نفسه ‪ ،‬ولكنها فً هذا النوع مفمودة ‪ .‬وٌستطٌع هذا البُزاق‬ ‫البحري فً حالة الخطر أن ٌفصل إحدى هذه الزوائد الجسمٌة ال ُمجعدة ذات اإلفراز اللزج عن جسمه ‪ ،‬والتً ٌُمكنها أن‬ ‫تتحرن وتتلوى بنشاط لفترة طوٌلة ‪ ،‬مما ٌُؤدي إلى تشوٌش ال ُمعتدي ‪ ،‬وهو سلون مشابه للسحلٌة التً تُسمط ذٌلها فً حالة‬ ‫الخطر ‪ .‬وٌتغذى هذا النوع من بُزاق البحر على ُمرجان ندفة الثلج الناعم ‪ .‬وٌمتاز هذا الجنس من الحٌوانات الرخوٌة‬ ‫البطنمدمٌة بوجود عاللة تكافلٌة مع كائنات أحادٌة الخلٌة شبٌهة بالطحالب على أجسامها الخارجٌة والتً تموم بعملٌة البناء‬ ‫الضوئً ‪ ،‬والتً تستفٌد منها فً غذائها ‪ ،‬وبال ُممابل تمنحها المأوى والحماٌة ‪ ،‬ولكن هذه الكائنات األحادٌة الخلٌة غٌر موجودة‬ ‫فً هذا النوع ‪ .‬وٌُعتبر سرطان جزٌرة ساندوٌتش العدو الرئٌسً لهذا البُزاق البحري حٌث ٌتغذى علٌه فً أماكن إنتشاره ‪.‬‬ ‫ولد جاءت تسمٌته العلمٌة (بوٌندٌمٌاي) نسبة إلى منطمة (بوٌندٌمً) فً ُجزر كالٌدونٌا الجدٌدة فً ُجنوب ال ُمحٌط الهادي‬ ‫حٌث تم وصفه ِعلمٌا ً ألول مرة ‪ ....‬الصورة لبُزاق البحر عاري الخٌاشٌم ال ُمجعد بطول ‪ 7‬سنتٌمتر من مولع عُال فً بحر‬ ‫دُبً على عُمك ‪ 04‬مترا ً ‪ ...‬عدسة ال ُمصورة الفوتوغرافٌة التحتمائٌة الكابتن عُال خلف ‪12.13.7102 ...‬‬ ‫‪The Curly Nudibranch Sea Slug Gastropod (Phyllodesmium poindimiei Risbec, 1928) reaches a‬‬ ‫‪length of 5 cm. In this photo it was 2 cm. ... It lives in the Indian and Pacific Oceans, and the‬‬ ‫‪Arabian Gulf. This species contains no zooxanthellae. It feeds on the invasive snowflake soft‬‬ ‫‪octocoral Carijoa riisei. The Sandwich Island Crab Thalamita integra is a main predator of P.‬‬ ‫‪poindimiei.
