History: The company was registered in June 2007 in Bangladesh as a concern of the Inovet Group. This company has directly linked with DaRam Engineers Inc, USA which was registered in March 2003. The CEO of the company wish to establish a closer connection between USA and Bangladesh, with an obvious benefit for both parties in terms of cost reduction, knowledge sharing and idea development.
