Saint Catherine West Central Family, The constituency of Saint Catherine West Central has seen PROVEN RESULTS in the past four years. Through strong leadership and representation, my team and I have delivered on our 2016 promise to improve communities and impact lives.
Through walking the constituency and listening to the concerns of the residents, we developed the following key headlines for development.

PROVEN RESULTS • Collaborated with farm groups and agriculture supply providers to provide opportunities for farmers. • Hosted Farmers Markets quarterly • Established a demonstration plot for planting Irish Potatoes in Kentish. • Provided support to Farmers Group which included provision of fertilisers, seeds, planting material and tools, chickens and chicken feed.

• Developed and managed a database of over 400 indigents across the constituency. » Provided ongoing care packages and support. » Wheelchair assistance » Annual treat • Hosted annual back to school Health Fairs across all divisions. • Hosted annual Christmas Treat for over 5000 children in the constituency. • Hosted an annual gospel concert for over 5000 persons in the constituency.

School Road Rehabilitation
The following areas were recipients of water upgrade projects: • Ginger Ridge to Sandy Ground ( currently under construction) • Gold Mine Water System • Garden Hill Rain Harvesting • Rennals Rain Water Harvesting • William Gully ( Watermount) water expansion ( under construction) • Way Side Tank Project - Pusey, Mexico, Shanty Town, Snake Hill and Mendez
Rural Electrification Programme: • Grass Peat Electricity • Toban Road Electricity • Barry
Health Centres • Constructed the Browns Hall Health Centre • Refurbished and expanded the Kitson Town Health Centre • Construction of the Point Hill Centre which will be named after Dr. Ken Baugh
Schools: • Built the Wakefield Infant School through a partnership with CHASE. • Built out the computer lab of the Wakefield Primary School in partnership and
upgraded the Friendship Primary School Computer Lab in partnership with USF. • Upgraded the Tacius Golding High School Play field • Fence the perimeter of the Water Mount Primary School & Bellas Gate Primary School • Provided assistance with the re-roofing of Ginger Ridge Primary School • Built out a new Block of classrooms at Tacius Golding High School and reroofed & upgraded the bathrooms at Point Hill Leased Primary School through theMinistry of Education, Youth and Information
Security • Established a Police Post and currently building a state-of-the-Art Police Station in Green Acres
Sports Infrastructure • Ebony Vale Football Field upgrade • Tacius Golding Field upgrade
• 10 Students Trained and certified by TPDCO as Tour Guides • Trained Approximately 680 students across many skill areas in Partnership with HEART_NTA • Trained over 20 students via the USF`s TAP-1000 programme • Hosted annual Job Fair for Constituents • Purchased two new busses for Tacius Golding High School with the support of the Japanese Embassy.
Scholarships and Bursaries • Launched the Tertiary Students support programme - At least 100 Tertiary Recipients annually • Hosted the Annual GSAT now PEP awards ceremony • Provided annual Back to school support for approximately 3000 children
HEART Trust Training was offered in Four Locations: • Tacius Golding High School • Watermount Open Bible Church • Kitson Town CRC • Ebony Vale Community Centre
