Tears will be shed, bodies will quickly change and adapt, and minds will seek calm stability that seems to be so elusive.

Luckily, there are resources left and right for new moms to help transition to the role of a growing and expanding family as hormones are taking you on an emotional rollercoaster. Podcasts are a great tool to utilize while hands are busy rocking, feeding, and holding a baby.
