THE ADDRESS HARBOUR POINT, THE LOOKOUT Dubai, UAE
The DCH Masterplan is located adjacent to the Al Khor nature reserve and offers fantastic views of the Creek and the Downtown skyline. “The Lookout” is a key element of the Dubai Creek Harbour masterplan, terminating one of the Dubai Creek’s main pedestrian arteries, its 70m extension over the Creek serves as both a gathering space and a vantage point to enjoy the view. The 26m cantilever of the elevated walkway that terminates “The Lookout” is projected out over the Dubai Creek offering unobstructed views up and down the Creek, across the Creek towards Downtown Dubai and back inland between the Address Dubai Creek Harbour twin towers.

TONINO LAMBORGHINI RESIDENCES Dubai, UAE
This grandiose development that targets the Aspiring mindset is composed of 12 development parcels and boasting 36 multi-storey tower developments. The urban landscape is characterized by non linear space creation, capturing the essence of an Italian town with its sinuous multi-leveled urban spaces that evoke the texture of Italy. It emphasizes the comfortable movement of people through connected pathways while elevating the journey via interesting place making. This grandiose development that targets the Aspiring mindset is composed of 12 development parcels and boasting 36 multi-storey tower developments.

JEBEL ALI, 3 STAR HOTEL Dubai, UAE
The hotel accommodates 190 keyed guest rooms, including 4 suites at the penthouse level. Guest facilities, including restaurants, meeting rooms, prayer rooms, gym, toilets and changing rooms, and pool are located primarily on the ground, P1, and P2 levels. Staff facilities, including offices, training rooms, canteen and pantry, toilets, uniform storage, and furniture storage are located primarily on ground and P1 levels. The ADD restaurant is located at the ground level, situated adjacent to the entry lobby, with direct access from the passenger lift lobby. The main commercial kitchen is located to the rear, between the loading dock and the restaurant. The Feature Restaurant and Pool Bar is located at the P2 level, and has direct access from thepassenger lift lobby.

DUBAI HARBOR DEVELOPMENT, BEACH VISTA Dubai, UAE
The Beach Vista project is strategically located on Plot B.03 in Zone 2 of the Dubai Harbor Development (also known as Marsa Dubai : Emaar Beachfront), developed as a Master Plan by MERAAS. It consists of two residential towers on a parking podium, consisting of beachfront apartments with convenient retails and designated area for a clinic. Tower 1 has 33 floors and a GFA of 27 700 sqm. Tower 2 has 26 floors and a GFA of 27 200 sqm. Residential units of 1-5 beds are spread accross the 2 towers and the podium. The podium comprises of parking, a clinic across 3 floos and retail spaces in the ground floor. The total GFA of the project is around 60 700 sqm.

AL MERIEF
Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi, UAE
The project is part of the broader Al Merief Masterplan, located on Plot 1 – Sector 45 – Khalifa City – Abu Dhabi and is is comprised of residential apartments and commercial facilities spread across 4 plots directly to the South of Etihad Plaza. The buildings over all the plots consist of studios, one, two and three bed apartments. A single basement for parking connects all the buildings followed by a ground floor with landscaped podium and a roof with roof terrace. FM spaces, commercial and retail areas are located on the ground floor of Plot 1 alongside an activity deck and pools on the other 3 plots. Overall the plot contains 572 units in 56 749 m2 of GFA.

ZONE RA STAFF ACCOMMODATION Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Residential project by Aldar for accommodation of 2 772 of their staff, working in hospitality and entertainment. The development is comprised of 6 towers, G+7, 73 436 sqm GFA, which contain communal, FM and retail spaces spread across the ground floors of the towers. The staff accommodation is envisioned as 1-bed or 2-bed sleeping units (1 552 in number) on the typical floor, where 5 units share a common kitchen and dining space. Communal spaces are located in the ground floors of the towers in form of activity rooms, gyms, laundry rooms and musallas.

YAS VILLAGE
Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Residential and mixed use project by Miral for accommodation of 5 298 of their staff. The development comprises of 9 residential towers, G+7, (105 191 sqm GFA) and a multipurpose building G+1 (15 347 sqm GFA). The towers contain 1 662 dwelling units in 1-bed and 4-bed layouts on the typical floors. Communal spaces like common kitchens, activity rooms, laundry rooms and musallas can be found in the ground floors of all the towers. The multipurpose building is a mixed use building with registration lobbies, restaurant, event room, FM spaces, gyms etc.

AMG SHOWROOM AND SERVICE BUILDING Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Part of the North West Quadrant and Zone E3 development by Aldar, where the client planned to accommodate new high end car showrooms and F&B. The vision was to create a car park in Abu Dhabi to complement Motor World and other retail provisions in Yas Island. The plot accommodates the Mercedes AMG Showroom, a 2nd showroom with 2 F&B spaces and a Service Building for the plot.

AYKON CITY
Business Bay, Dubai, UAE
600 000 sqm mixed-use development on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai designed by Handel Architects, NYC. The four tower project includes residential, hotel, and office space atop a podium of parking and shared amenities. Tower A consists of the 5-star AYKON branded Hotel & Serviced Residences, while Tower B the DAMAC Maison Hotel & Hotel Apartments. Tower C is entirely residential and Tower D entirely office.

LIBRARY FOR THE FACULTY OF PHILOLOGY Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina
The building is designed on the basis of an old military building from 1888 which has a typical facade of the period it was built. So the old exterior walls in the ground floor are kept, and the new building was built around it - an extension to the west side of the old wing and 2 new floors atop of it. The concept is to have a multifunctional Library. Besides the classical library spaces (book depots, reading rooms for pregraduate students and a separate one for Phd students) it also has a public hall in the ground level for exhibitions, book presentations, art performances, an amphitheater, but also classrooms for the Philology School. Its function extends to the outside, surrounding park.

DRINKING FOUNTAIN, COMPETITION, 2nd PRIZE The New Drinking Fountain for the City of Belgrade, Serbia
The fountain combined with seating areas and urban planting produces a place for rest, meeting and refreshment in warm summer days. The simple and impressive form doesn’t strive to surpass the historical monuments in it’s context, but adapts and marks it’s surrounding in a subtle way.

MASTER THESIS
Traces of War - spatial and sociological changes in the war zone of Nort-West Bosnia
This project suggests the revitalization of social and cultural life within a lm festival. Reusing an old shopping center from the ‘80s in the town of Prijedor, a cultural center is created, which addresses the broader area of the town and also the neighbor countries. The goal is to make a neutral space, without ethnical and religious dierences, for peaceful collaboration.

The Urban Chromosome is a complex and flexible shape which can be combined in many dierent ways in order to adapt to the environment and adopt its properties - therfore the name “Urban Chromosome”. It can function as a single bench or in combination of many, to organise and fill the empty and unused urban space.
