Diversity and Inclusion

Drake is committed to a culture that embraces and fosters diversity and inclusion across all levels of our business, which then extends to how we work with and engage with our candidates and clients. We achieve this through eliminating stigmas and limitations and creating a culture of inclusion through the promotion of education, awareness, and mutual understanding.

Equal Employment Opportunities Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) means finding the best person for the job, basing selection only on factors which are relevant to the position. EEO is also about being fair. This means making sure that people are not treated unfairly due to assumptions which are unwarranted, irrelevant or untrue.

Our EEO policy supports the employment aims and aspirations of all people regardless of gender, ethnic or national origins, age, disability, sexual orientation, family status, marital status, colour, race, religious belief, ethical belief, employment status or political opinion.

Our Diverse Workforce

Drake employs a workforce which is representative of the diversity of New Zealand, including having staff from multiple cultures and backgrounds. Our 90 staff represent 12 different ethnicities, creating a diverse workforce who can connect with a diverse candidate and client base across New Zealand. We are a proud employer of people with disabilities. We live and breathe our diversity and inclusion values, and show our clients that people with all abilities can do a great job.
