Cleo’s Perfect Margarita ingredients:

50ml Aqua Riva Tequila 25ml fresh lime juice 20ml agave syrup Twist of orange

Method:

All ingredients shaken and strained over clean ice in an old fashioned glass, salt rim optional with orange twist over drink and then used as a garnish.

• 50ml Brugal Especial Extra Dry • 25ml Fresh Lime Juice • 12.5ml Gomme

Method:

Shake all ingredients with plenty of ice in cocktail shaker. Double strain into a chilled coupette glass.

Canadian Club Raspberry Cooler ingredients:

• 25ml Canadian Club • 25ml Sourz Raspberry • Lemonade

Method:

Add ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice. Swizzle with a bar spoon to mix well, and garnish with a wedge of lime.

The Cherry Springer ingredients: • • •

50ml Davna Czeri Vodka 100ml Fentimans Curiosity Cola Lime juice from two wedges of lime

Method:

Build over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with the lime wedges.

Raspberry Margarita ingredients: • • • •

20ml tequila 20ml De Kuyper Triple Sec 20ml fresh lime juice 20ml De Kuyper Raspberry

Method:

Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnich with a couple of fresh raspberries and a lemon slice.

Disaronno Sour ingredients: • • • •

1 part DISARONNO 1 teaspoon of sugar ½ lemon squeezed Cubed ice

Method:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass. Garnish with a lemon slice and a cherry.

Red Stag Cherry Manhattan ingredients:

• 50ml Jim Beam Red Stag • 25ml Sweet Vermouth • Dash Angostura Bitters

Method:

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass full of ice and stir for 25 – 30 seconds until well chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a cocktail cherry.

Summer Cup ingredients: • • •

1 part (25ml/1oz) The King’s Ginger 3 parts (75ml/2.5oz) Cranberry juice 3 parts (75ml/2.5oz) Fever Tree lemonade

Method:

Build in a glass over ice and add lemon wheels and strawberries. This can also be made in jugs and punch bowls.

Naked Grouse Old Fashioned ingredients:

• 50ml The Naked Grouse • 1 Bar spoon Gomme • Dash Angostura Bitters

Method:

Add Gomme and Bitters to a Rocks Glass and half fill with ice. Stir well and add 25ml Naked Grouse. Keep stirring, add more ice and remaining Naked Grouse. One more stir, then garnish with a large strip of orange peel.

O.V. D. Cooler ingredients:

20ml O.V.D. Dark Rum 20ml DISARONNO 20ml Tia Maria 2 squeezes fresh lime juice Cranberry juice

Method:

In a tall glass pour in the O.V.D., DISARONNO and Tia Maria. Fill the glass with cubed ice, top up with cranberry juice and squeeze in the fresh lime. Garnish with your choice of summer fruits.

Rémy & Ginger ingredients:

• 50ml Rémy Martin VSOP • Ginger ale • Lemon twist

Method:

Stack a highball glass with large ice cubes and then pour over the Rémy Martin. Fill to the top with quality ginger ale and garnish with a twist of lemon to serve.

Tia Espresso Martini ingredients: • • • •

1 part Tia Maria 1 part espresso 1 part vodka ½ part sugar liquid

Method:

Combine all ingredients together in a boston and shake. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with coffee crusta.

Hive Five Mojito ingredients: • • • • •

50ml Wemyss Hive Whisky 20ml fresh lime juice 12 – 16 fresh mint leaves 12.5ml orange blossom honey Ginger ale

Method:

Build first four ingredients into hi-ball glass and muddle mint to extract aroma and flavour (essential oils). Make sure honey has combined and softened. Add crushed ice and mix gently careful not to over-dilute. Charge and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a large sprig of fresh mint.

The Brands Aqua Riva Tequila Aquariva was produced as a cocktail brand of tequila, it’s 100% agave tequila from the highlands and has a lighter sweeter character. Combined with agave syrup, the natural sugars from the plant and fresh lime juice.
