Customer Service News We’ve made a few changes to our car parking restrictions here at Fox Valley that we’d like our customers to be aware of.
We operate a four hour free parking policy here at Fox Valley with no return within an hour and we’re now starting that from the earlier time of 7am instead of 9am. We’ve introduced this change to ensure we always have plenty of spaces for you - our shoppers. We always encourage all the staff here at Fox Valley to park in the designated staff parking areas rather than the customer car park. If you want to stay a little bit longer and extend your visit you can pay to park all day - pay and display machine for this service can be found near Aldi, Pets at Home and The Car Wash. www.foxvalleysheffield.co.uk

There’s always something going on at Fox Valley Here at Fox Valley we love organising events for our shoppers and visitors - our team here at the centre organises a packed diary of events throughout the year, from our regular markets to our fantastic Christmas Lights Switch On. We are currently planning two very special events which we’re really excited about in August. The first is our Older Persons Day on Wednesday 15th August which we are working on with a number of agencies from across South Yorkshire including the team from Home Instead. The event will run throughout the day and we’ll have lots of information and activities and our stores here at Fox Valley will be getting involved. And on 18th August we will be celebrating the Swinging 60s here at Fox Valley – we will be stepping back in time with a fantastic line up of entertainment and 60s themed displays, fashions and activities. We really love a bit of nostalgia here at Fox Valley and our friends from the Stocksbridge and District History Society will also be joining for the Swinging Sixties event with some lovely reminders of what Stocksbridge was like during this fantastic decade. So dig out your mini-skirts and your hippy chick shirts and join us for a fun filled day. Dates for your diary Fox Valley Friday Market Friday 26th July & Friday 2nd August The weekly market runs from 10am-4pm and can be found next to the piazza area at Fox Valley, just by the main entrance to the centre.
Bumps and Babies Wednesday 1st August 10:30am
Join the team at Ponti's Italian Kitchen for the Bumps and Babies Coffee morning from 10:30am every second Wednesday. Just £5 for tea and coffee with toast or a pastry. The event takes place in the upstairs dining room and is a lovely chance to meet other new mums and mums-to-be.
Fox Valley Farmers’ Market Saturday 4th August.
The monthly Farmers’ Market features a great line up of local produce and crafts. It takes place on the first Saturday of every month and can be found next to the piazza area at Fox Valley.
Foxy Bricks at Fox Valley Sunday 5th August 11am-4pm.
In association with Sheffield Lego User Group – join in the piazza area for some lego themed fun.

Brand Focus - Sandersons
Did you know?
Sandersons Boutique is Fox Valley’s independent department store located at the entrance of the centre. The store opened in September 2016 and the team are currently putting plans together to mark their 2nd birthday with huge celebrations in store!
Samuel Fox triumphed over his rival manufacturers by applying for patents as early as 1852, particularly for the PARAGON ‘U’ shape rib. He had his colleague and old friend Joseph Hayward to thank for the design of the grooved rib in lightweight steel, which made the modern umbrella so much more manageable than the old contraptions of cane, whalebone and canvas. Hayward also invented the machine for producing multiple wires and another which would clean, straighten and temper the ribs. Samuel Fox employed hundreds of people, producing tens of thousands of umbrellas selling world-wide in the 120 years existence before closure in 1970

The store’s Beauty Lounge was curated by Makeup Artist to the stars, Armand Beasley who is in store once a month to give 1-2-1 consultations. Beauty Lounge brands have been handpicked to offer a gorgeous range of natural, organic and cruelty-free makeup & skin care products. You can now also shop the fabulous Sandersons brands at home with the brand new online shop! The store is price checked daily and new lines are added weekly. Information Fox Valley offer free parking for a maximum stay of four hours. Restrictions apply 7am-5pm, 7 days a week. If you would like to stay longer you can pay to park all day by purchasing a ticket for £2.50 from the payment machines which are located outside Pets at Home, Aldi and next to the Fox Valley Car Wash.
