Cellular Dynamics: technical requirements

For single-piano event: Projector Projector-screen and VGA (or other suitable) cable for laptop-connection Piano and stool (grand piano preferable but upright also feasible) Floor-standing lamp (for pianist) Music-stand or lectern and light (for presenter)

For two-piano event: Projector Projector-screen and VGA (or other suitable) cable for laptop-connection Two pianos and stools (grand piano preferable but upright also feasible) Two floor-standing lamps (1 for each pianist) Music-stand and light (for presenter)

Performance ideally takes place in darkness (subject to usual emergency exit / H&S emergency lighting provisos), both to reflect immersive quality of the event and to facilitate resolution of the projected images/videos. If the piano(s) are able to tuned prior to performance, that is very welcome! Tuning cost by negotiation into performance fee if not borne directly by venue.

Rehearsal time: approx. 60 minutes (excluding set-up time) Running time: approx. 60 minutes (including short introduction by Dan Lloyd)
