Riverside DREAM Monthly Snapshot November 2012 Program Happenings and Highlights • Many Riverside mentees attended the Teen Futures Retreat hosted by the Vermont DREAM office at the King Street Center. Teens learned about preparing for college, interview skills, and summer opportunities • Mentors and mentees got into the Holiday spirit with DREAM events for Halloween and Thanksgiving Participants Mentees Total: 41 • Females: 21 • Males: 20

Mentors hosted a Halloween party for DREAM youth with pumpkin painting, donuts on a string eating contests, and bobbing for apples Mentors and youth engaged in some friendly competition during a bowling event at Champlain Lanes Youth and mentors got to know each other a little better with one-on-ones before the mentors left campus for the Thanksgiving Holiday Mentors spent the day cooking for the Riverside Thanksgiving dinner
