Madison Park Village DREAM Monthly Snapshot February 2015 Program Happenings and Highlights • • The Northeastern Mentors implemented their recruitment process and successfully added 10+ new DREAMY mentors. New mentors who were recruited last fall got to take part in the interview process and deciding who got to be a DREAM mentor. In addition to this success they were about to recruitment more which is always a challenge. • The Co-chairs and mentors participated in the Boston Office’s annual DREAMstock. The group presented on how they go about their recruitment process: tabling at their school, the interview process, and the decision making process. • This program is still helping the Boston DREAM Office as we continue transiting Orchard Gardens to a new group of Northeastern Students.
