Elm Street DREAM Monthly Snapshot September 2016 Program Happenings and Highlights DREAM accepted a donation of $15,000 from Merchant’s bank at a Lake Monster’s game! We welcomed a new Program Empowerment Director, Megan Greiling, who will be supporting our programs in the Rutland and Bennington areas.
