Dot Line

Gestalt is seeing the whole project as something rather than looking at every little detail for it to become the final project. When doing the dot and line project we had to just see the bigger picture with the dots and lines instead of looking at them as just dots and lines. I rather be able to spend a lot of time on a project so that I can work on every detail of the project. If I don’t have much time I tend to make little mistakes that messes up the rest of the project in the long run. I didn’t understand abstraction through art before, but now I understand it through art a lot more now. And it was not that hard to represent my ideas without illustrating them because I came up with ideas of how I portrayed the idea of the word. And finally now that we have done this project it allows you to appreciate and actually cherish the little details in all different kinds of art work.
