Tip No. 3 "The early bird gets the worm!" Place your order early as we always offer early bird specials to customers than can place their orders 9 months to 2 years in advance. This also ensures availability as popular colors always book up quickly due our great prices and nationwide service. Tip No. 4 When ordering flatware, stick to what you really need. If you have a tight budget, just order a dinner fork, dessert fork and knife. Tip No. 5 Take advantage of any internet specials posted on the web site. We have an entire page devoted to specials. The specials are still subject to availability – so reserve early to cash in The designer and staff will show you more tricks to save when you set up an appointment.

WAYS TO SAVE MONEY With over 18 years' experience and service to the industry, we have planned many events and we have learned a few tricks along the way. As experts in the linen industry, we have provided some tips to help you enhance your event and save you money. Tip No. 1 We are unique to the industry that we allow our customers to ship, pick up, set up and/or return themselves to save money. This can create a great savings as service fees can add up. Being a leader in the wedding industry, we have noticed an increased number of do-‐it-‐yourself brides delegating responsibilities to friends, relatives and their event coordinators to get the job done and save significant money. This is one of the best ways to have a beautiful display and save money. Tip No. 2 Most facilities provide you with a basic table linen and napkins. If you want to add more color to the table without having to replace their tablecloths and napkins, add an overlay or runner. For 75 cents per table you can rent a chair tie to lay across the table as a runner – adding a great deal of color and contrast. Another option is an overlay-‐ you can pick any size to add a splash of color creating a dramatic impact to the tabletop.

Select a location If it is at a home- designate an area/ tenting if needed. Set a date and time frame for the event. Compose a guest list and estimated guest list. Create a theme or color scheme (we can help you.) Begin to select your rentals based upon the theme. You can make an appointment with our designer. Email us to set the appointment. Decide if you want an event planner. We have event planning services to fit your budget. We also have event services referrals- We can refer you to quality professionals that have great prices. Visit our store to see portfolios and get a list. Select your dĂŠcor, photographer, videographer, stationary, bakery, caterer and entertainment. Makeup and hairstylists, suit and dress salons. If formal, buy a dress, tuxedos, etc. DJ services, bands, artists, transportation. We provide extensive lighting services- if needed. Send invites. Select additional clothing, stylist, hair/makeup. Little Details- Party Favors, added touches. Assign week of, day before, day of and week after duties to helpers. Confirm guest list and final count. Buy Thank you Notes. Confirm will all vendors- order extras. Pick up items and receive deliveries. Return items after event. Send thank you notes- create memory album.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY CONTINUED We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone at anytime. We have a sample borrowing system, at a very reasonable price, so you can see the color selections and fit (for up to a week). We have 18 different sizes of chair covers to fit a variety of chairs. Call, e-mail, fax or write for a sample request form. We have 750 different colors and materials. We can also custom make items for you to keep or rent. We can source fabric & colors and also make specific sizes/custom designs. We proudly say most of our items are made in the USA. We support our local communities and donate to select charities. You can reserve items via fax, mail, e-mail or in our stores. If you are interested in reserving items, staff at the corporate office/stores will check availability of the item(s), delivery/pick up prices, staffing availability for services, inform you of the availability and can offer suggestions as well. Pricing is based upon logistics. We offer full service: Delivery, shipping, set-up, removal, end-of-event pick-up. We are committed to offering you the lowest prices by allowing you to do things yourself: save money by picking up and returning stores. You can also set up yourselves. We can pre-tie/pre-pin certain items. We can ship right to your door or event location. We ship nationwide. We explain the shipping process in writing very clearly as thousands of our clients use our shipped items and return them with ease. We allow you to rent the items for a day – but pick them up the day before (if event is Sat/Sun) & return them Monday at no additional charge. (Restrictions on certain holidays) Shipped items arrive 1-3 days before the event for no additional rental charges. We stick to our policies and serve our customers on a first come (signed contract) first serve basis. We offer free in store consultations with an experienced designer that specializes in special events and design. We look forward to working with you.

We have an interactive stores so you can play with the linens on tables & dress the chairs. Our staff will provide free demonstrations upon request. We have a sample borrowing system, at a very reasonable price, so you can see the color selections and fit (for up to a week). We have 18 different sizes of chair covers to fit a variety of chairs. Call, e-mail, fax or write for a sample request form. We have 750 different colors and materials. We can also custom make items for you to keep or rent. We can source fabric & colors and also make specific sizes/custom designs. We proudly say most of our items are made in the USA. We support our local communities and donate to select charities. You can reserve items via fax, mail, e-mail or in our stores. If you are interested in reserving items, staff at the corporate office/stores will check availability of the item(s), delivery/pick up prices, staffing availability for services, inform you of the availability and can offer suggestions as well. Pricing is based upon logistics. We offer full service: Delivery, shipping, set-up, removal, end-of-event pick-up. We are committed to offering you the lowest prices by allowing you to do things yourself: save money by picking up and returning stores. You can also set up yourselves. We can pre-tie/pre-pin certain items. We can ship right to your door or event location. We ship nationwide. We explain the shipping process in writing very clearly as thousands of our clients use our shipped items and return them with ease. We allow you to rent the items for a day – but pick them up the day before (if event is Sat/Sun) & return them Monday at no additional charge. (Restrictions on certain holidays) Shipped items arrive 1-3 days before the event for no additional rental charges. We stick to our policies and serve our customers on a first come (signed contract) first serve basis. Visit our store to see portfolios and get a list. Select your dĂŠcor, photographer, videographer, stationary, bakery, caterer and entertainment. Makeup and hairstylists, suit and dress salons. If formal, buy a dress, tuxedos, etc. DJ services, bands, artists, transportation. We provide extensive lighting services- if needed. Send invites. Select additional clothing, stylist, hair/makeup. Little Details- Party Favors, added touches. Assign week of, day before, day of and week after duties to helpers. Confirm guest list and final count. Buy Thank you Notes. Confirm will all vendors- order extras. Pick up items and receive deliveries. Return items after event. Send thank you notes- create memory album.

WAYS TO SAVE MONEY With over 18 years' experience and service to the industry, we have planned many events and we have learned a few tricks along the way. As experts in the linen industry, we have provided some tips to help you enhance your event and save you money. Tip No. 1 We are unique to the industry that we allow our customers to ship, pick up, set up and/or return themselves to save money. This can create a great savings as service fees can add up. Being a leader in the wedding industry, we have noticed an increased number of do-‐it-‐yourself brides delegating responsibilities to friends, relatives and their event coordinators to get the job done and save significant money. This is one of the best ways to have a beautiful display and save money. Tip No. 2 Most facilities provide you with a basic table linen and napkins. If you want to add more color to the table without having to replace their tablecloths and napkins, add an overlay or runner. For 75 cents per table you can rent a chair tie to lay across the table as a runner – adding a great deal of color and contrast. Another option is an overlay-‐ you can pick any size to add a splash of color creating a dramatic impact to the tabletop.
