Spectrum Project Commissioner Swire Properties Creator Paul Cocksedge This piece celebrates the architecture of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, wrapping around its columns to create a new space within the building. Using bands of fabric, Paul Cocksedge utilised colour and symmetry to create visual rhythm.

A significant amount of underlying engineering went into creating the installation’s geometrical arrangement, which is reminiscent of architectural drawings, as if recreated in three dimensions. By foregoing solid walls, the space feels open but intimate, inviting guests in without enclosing them.
