Moreover, it is home to clusters of emerging industries, positioned as a new carrier of the city’s economic development and a new platform for industrial transformation and upgrading. The base is planned as a new industrial park, as well as a new platform for Nanshan district or even Shenzhen to lead the high-end development of the industry in the future.

Shenzhen Vanke CLOUD CITY is one of six plots in Liuxiandong headquarters base. It is a project exclusively invested by Vanke, a global real estate company. Moreover, it’s the biggest urban mix-used project of Vanke in China’s first-tier cities to date.

Team Fangfang Lighting Design Studio was founded in 2010. The creative staffs came from art, computer, engineering, UI design and other different majors. The studio is committed to innovative projects, exploring more cross-border possibilities, and striving to turn lighting design works into works of art, adding more brilliant radiance to the world. This project coves an area of 1,200 square meters and located in Zijinshan Park, Longyan City, Fujian Province,China . As a demonstration area for estate projects, it is located on the high ground in the park and becomes an independent building integrating tourism, exhibition and office functions.

Pingyang West Bay is a land reclamation project that connects the ocean and land, ecology and city . As a demonstration area for estate projects, Emerald Coastal City is an independent building integrating tourism, exhibition, and office functions.
