Program Development
While working with clients, I’ve learned that there are certain strategies that are particularly important when working with a team:
1. The facilitator must be credible – The facilitator must be able to use examples on the fly, which can only come with experience.
2. There must be dynamic participation – We must utilize the strongest lever in the room (the participants themselves). Having the participants coach each other is an engaging strategy that provides opportunities to practice and reinforces learning.
3. The content must be extremely relevant and usable right now – Each participant must leave with several plans of action that they have every intention of doing.
Note: Work with a solutions based training and consulting group that partners with more than 15 strategic partners to offer leadership, diversity, social and emotional training and professional development.
Additionally, look for an organization that offers strategic planning, project and time management training, retreats, conferences and workshops that provides measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
