Poverty Tribal Self Help Group Livestock book has been written by Das Kornel and Helge Brunse. This is an original work based on the experiences of Integrated Livestock Development Project (ILDP), Koraput, Odisha. The Project was assisted by DANIDA and implemented by Department of Fisheries and Animal Resources Development, Odisha. The Project period was from 1993 to 2002. The Project implemented Self Help Group by Women and it is the first endeavor in KBK District, which was very successful. The book also describes small animal development, traditional agriculture development with appropriate livestock service delivery system. This book is intended fro planners and Practitioners to alleviate poverty under illiteracy environment.
