The bladder is an organ near the pelvis in which the urine is stored until it is emptied. There are many layers on the wall of the bladder, and cancer can develop on any of these layers.
• Presence of Blood in the urine
• Difficulty experienced during urination
• Uncomfortable experiences such as pain, irritation or burning during urination
• Frequency of urinating abnormally increases
• The urgency felt every time during the need to urinate
• Pain in the bladder area
• A procedure that enables your doctor to see and collect tissue samples if necessary called
• Study the extent of the disease with MRI
• The doctor needs to examine the normal and malignant cells and record the images. This is done through PET scans.
• Surgery: During the operation, the doctor will try to eliminate only the cancerous potion while keeping the healthy tissues intact. But if cancer has spread, then it is advisable to remove the bladder but can be skillfully reconstructed.
• Chemotherapy: Chemotherapy may be advised before or after the surgery after careful examination by the doctor.
• Radiation: This again is recommended either as a primary treatment option or in conjunction with the other treatment mode
