When it comes to indulging in cannabis, there are several methods for people to enjoy. Two of the most commonly known methods are smoking and vaping. Smoking and vaping are both methods of consuming nicotine, but there are some critical differences between the two. By understanding the differences between smoking and vaping, the user can decide which method is suitable.
Vaping Gives A Cleaner High Than Smoking There are many reasons why vaping is a preferred method of consumption for marijuana instead of smoking it. One important reason is that vaping provides a cleaner high than smoking. Vaping eliminates any potential chemicals, providing a cleaner and healthier high. Another reason why vaping is considered better than smoking is that there are no carcinogens in vaping smoke, making the experience safer and healthier. https://drnoahminskoff.net/cannabis-the-differences-between-smoking-and-vaping/

How Smoking And Vaping Affect Your Health Vaping has not yet been linked to any known adverse health effects. However, this is not the same with traditional smoking (of nicotine). Of course, further evidence shows that vaping may have its own set of side effects, but so far, there are no conclusive findings that prove it one way or another. On the other hand, smoking gets linked to many health problems; some problems have been identified. Cigarette smoking kills 480,000 people every year in the US alone, as per a CDC Report. As for vaping, it does not involve combustion, so there is no carbon monoxide getting produced from it. The carbon monoxide produced leads to a higher risk of heart disease and lung cancer with smoking.
The Amount Of THC Enters The Bloodstream When a person smokes marijuana, it immediately enters their lungs and bloodstream. When smoking, marijuana gets exposed to heat, which causes it to release its psychoactive chemicals quickly. However, when a person vapes marijuana, it does not contact heat until it reaches their lungs. It means that there is a delay in how long it takes for the THC to enter the bloodstream, and as a result, the high from vaping lasts longer than from smoking. In general, vaping is the safer alternative. But whether it is entirely safe or not, time will tell. For that reason, many experts recommend smokers try vaping as a transition method before trying to quit smoking altogether.
