The sustainable design doesn’t just go in accord with our concern for the environment, but also with the architecture in which we believe in: intelligent, which responds to needs, empowers business and productivity. In DRRP we have designed and implemented diverse projects which have been LEED certified in the country.
But what is LEED? LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) is the most recognized international certification for sustainable builings worldwide developed in the United States by the E.S Green Building Council (USGBC). It’s composed of a set of norms and strategies directed to accomplish sustainable and energy saving results in buildings of all types. It can be used by edifications of more than 90 m2. How can DRRP help? We count with a specific process, specialists and the experience to obtain the necessary score for this certification. There are five main categories to evaluate: interior environmental quality, water saving, energy efficiency, sustainable sites and selection of materials. A company with LEED, is capable of reducing their energy and water consumption, diminish their operative costs, improve its image, increase property value, intensify personnel productivity and generate less environmental impact.personal y generar menor impacto ambiental. _ 1 03
CERTIFICATION LEVELS There are four LEED certification levels, which are obtained according to the score obtained in the evaluation process.
CERTIFICATION 40-49 POINTS
GOLD 60-79 POINTS
SILVER 50-59 POINTS
PLATINIUM 80-110 POINTS
