So You Don’t Lose Teeth or Get Severe Infections!
When Trina Felber, RN, BSN, MSN, and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), discovered during her first pregnancy that all her high-end skincare products were loaded with toxic ingredients that could hurt her and her growing baby, she was shocked.
Even worse, why hadn’t she read these labels before? Knowing that the skin is the largest organ in the body and the body’s first line of defense, she began a quest in 2007 for organic and all-natural skincare products safe to use during pregnancy, only to learn there were none!
Combining her outrage, medical knowledge, and Paleo philosophy with extensive research on natural, organic ingredients, she created Primal Life Organics Skin-Food, a complete line of quality skincare products that don’t just moisturize, clean, or rejuvenate. They actually feed your skin and all the cells in your body with the nutrients to create optimum health
Trina has appeared as a guest on America’s Premier Experts® presentation of Health and Wellness

There’s REAL evidence proving your dental health can affect your entire body! It’s true... if you have good teeth, you tend to have better overall health!
However, the opposite can happen as well If you DON’T take good care of your teeth, you could soon find yourself on the losing end of an infection, inflammation, and other VERY dangerous, painful health problems!
Not to fear this short article will show you EXACTLY how you can protect your body and your health... by protecting your teeth.
In fact, at the very end of this article, you’ll find the simple solution you can use to keep your teeth strong, sturdy, and in good condition. This solution will help you avoid things like stained and yellow teeth, cavities, gum disease, low self-confidence, and even WORSE health problems.
After all, THAT is the worst part! These are ALL things that could easily be avoided if your dentist had told you about it! You’ll see in a moment, I’m working with the dental community to increase their awareness about certain proven alternatives that can help boost the strength and health of teeth, so they last longer with fewer problems
There’s a better solution something that won’t harm your body. Rather, it improves the health and strength of your teeth
The best part is, when I showed my dentist this simple solution they never realized existed and yet it’s as simple as the dirt we walk on... they were ALL on board.
I’ve found a better way to keep your teeth strong, healthy, and structurally solid... all by using a simple ingredient that helps reinforce your tooth enamel and the integrity of your teeth.
Below, you’ll learn the truth about your teeth:
Being a very important overall protective barrier for your entire health
What to avoid that can literally EAT away at the protective shell surrounding your teeth
What you can do to further strengthen your teeth and their protective barrier.
Now, I’m sure you ’ re well aware that people’s mouths can be a breeding ground for bacteria It’s true, the human mouth (and yes, I’m afraid that includes YOURS) is FULL of bacteria
Simple: your mouth is a warm, wet environment And that, my friends, is THE perfect condition for bacteria to reproduce
There are roughly 1,000 different types of bacteria that call your mouth “home ” I’m not trying to gross you out, believe me. I’m just trying to make a very important connection between your mouth, dental health, and the overall health of your body.
See here’s the worst part This bacteria can do VERY harmful damage to your mouth which in turn can do VERY harmful, even downright DEADLY damage to your body, through infection, sepsis, and inflammation I’ll tell you more about that in a moment.
Just know, that by forming a sticky layer called plaque on your teeth, bacteria and the acids it creates in your mouth can cause damage to your teeth, gums, and your entire health
That’s right, the acids in your mouth caused by this “plaque” can break down and eat away the protective barrier around your teeth, known as tooth enamel As a result, that can cause tooth decay... which is simply your teeth rotting away
Back to how this can be VERY harmful, even deadly, for your body.
This harmful bacteria can actually get inside your bloodstream by way of bleeding gums, rotten teeth, and other mouth sores.
This bacteria can invade your body and cause internal infection and inflammation in your organs. It’s true. Any kind of bleeding gums and rotting teeth can give this bacteria a way into your bloodstream and your body, making its way down to your organs.
THIS, my friends, is a BIG problem This is called sepsis, which is the presence of harmful bacteria and toxins in your tissue, organs, and other body parts It typically starts through the infection of a wound.
Yes, it can occur through an opening in your mouth that leads into your bloodstream It can be bleeding gums, cavities, or other health issues in your mouth which causes bacteria to make its way into your bloodstream and entire body. Once that happens, serious health issues like heart disease, pneumonia, and other disease caused by inflammation may affect your overall health
There are many documented cases of health problems including death that are caused by bad mouth conditions, poor dental health, and other sores or problems in the mouth that allowed bacteria to trickle into the bloodstream, make its way down to vital organs, and cause severe and deadly infections
It’s hard to believe that bad dental health can lead to serious health issues even though there’s a solid, definite link between tooth health, dental health, and your whole body’s health
Protect your TEETH! Practicing good dental health is vital because it can significantly reduce the harmful bacteria in your mouth that finds its way into your bloodstream
Again, once bacteria finds a way through your gums or teeth and into your bloodstream, it can turn into inflammation, infection, and serious illness What’s the #1 way to protect your teeth and your entire body’s health?
Focus on preserving and protecting the enamel on your teeth and restoring your gum tissue When the acids inside your mouth mix with the harsh ingredients in regular toothpaste, they cause gum irritation and breakdown
The most common toxic and harsh ingredients in regular toothpaste include:
triclosan
sodium lauryl sulfate
artificial sweeteners
fluoride
propylene glycol
diethanolamine (DEA) microbeads
Your enamel is the outer covering or protective shell of your teeth In fact, this shell around your teeth is THE hardest tissue in your entire body. It’s also the most highly mineralized substance in your body
Your tooth enamel is mostly made up of hydroxyapatite, calcium, magnesium, lead, and other minerals Thankfully, you can protect your enamel by doing things to AVOID breakdown and erosion. As you’ll see, there are things you can do to “rebuild” the mineral structure that makes up the enamel on your teeth
The best way to prevent tooth problems and the rotting away of your teeth is to avoid foods that are known to eat away and corrode that enamel.
With all the acidic things we eat or drink as we grow up, you need to have a protective covering around your teeth, or they’d simply rot away by the time you were 20 years old.
Enamel helps protect your teeth from daily acids that can eat away and crack your teeth and also protects your teeth from painful temperatures
This is why a cold drink can send a shooting pain through your mouth if you have a tooth in which the enamel is chipped or cracked It’s because the enamel is no longer protecting your entire tooth, so nerves inside your tooth can FEEL this temperature change and it doesn’t feel good!
Now, the worst part is that so many things we eat and drink daily can erode the protective enamel barrier
For instance, when you eat sugary or acidic foods and beverages, those substances stick to your teeth When they’re in your mouth for a while, they start to interact with bacteria in your mouth.
That’s when lactic acid is produced.
Soft drinks, energy drinks, and juices have VERY high levels of phosphoric and citric acids which cause enamel erosion
Some acids in fruit drinks are more erosive than battery acid! Foods that are high in sugar and starches can create these harmful acids that will wear away the enamel on teeth
Enamel erosion can also be caused by acid reflux disease (GERD) because of the highly corrosive stomach acid your body produces Acid reflux occurs when hydrochloric acid comes up through your esophagus and into your mouth
Yeah, I know Gross, right? Well, many people suffer from this condition, which can be hugely problematic to your teeth because of the acid coming up and eroding your teeth
When erosion of your enamel takes place, it’s known as demineralization. That means the surface enamel of your tooth is dissolving, and it's the earliest stage of tooth decay.
is when the minerals are literally eroded and taken away from the enamel on our teeth. The minerals are being leached out from your enamel because they’re exposed to acids, such as those produced within accumulations of bacterial plaque
It’s kind of like beach erosion. Think of all the different things in beach sand When a storm comes in and the waves crash against the tide, it wears away the sand and anything else in its way.
In this case, your enamel is like the sand, and the acid is like the waves and water washing away the beach As I mentioned earlier, direct exposure to acid found in sugary food, soft drinks, sports drinks, and juice is THE biggest cause of enamel demineralization
So if you ’ re drinking sodas and juices, you ’ re literally drinking the enamel off your teeth. Many acids we put in our mouth can speed up the erosion of tooth enamel
Alcohol beef
bacon
hot dogs
milk, cheese
ice cream
white flour
white sugar
pasta
soft drinks
chicken eggs
butter
salmon
yogurt
peanut butter
They are all very acidic to your teeth.
Again, one of the biggest concerns of demineralization is that the protection enamel offers you is gone. Washed away. In other words, the protective barrier on your teeth that keeps out the bad bacteria is gone
When too many minerals are lost and taken away from your teeth, without enough replacement of those minerals, it leads to tooth decay and further problems. Sure, the bacteria invasion can lead to health problems but tooth decay resulting from demineralization can lead to rotten teeth and a dip in your self-confidence
After all, it’s easy to feel insecure and selfconscious if you ’ re trying to smile with rotten teeth One of the first things to go on people with bad teeth is that smile
So, if you don’t want to lose a lot of self-confidence because you ’ re embarrassed by your teeth, you want to try to avoid demineralization Believe me, it WILL slowly destroy your teeth and lead to cavities, decay, and even tooth loss.
Remember: a big sign of enamel erosion and demineralization includes sensitivity to certain foods. For instance, sweets and cold foods may cause sudden and sharp pain in your teeth.
That’s because when enamel erodes, your tooth is more susceptible to cavities or tooth decay When tooth decay enters the hard enamel and penetrates your tooth, it can affect the tiny nerves in your teeth
That’s why you want to replace the minerals that have been lost in your mouth and your teeth If you replace them, you can start the process of repairing that important protective shell and bacteria barrier.
The good news is... loss of enamel can be stopped, balanced, and even reversed by remineralization
This is when minerals such as magnesium, calcium, and phosphate are deposited back into your tooth enamel
Remineralization is the process of restoring and replacing minerals back into your enamel, essentially healing your teeth
Reversing the process of demineralization is called remineralization. First of all, you want to avoid all the highly acidic foods and drinks I mentioned above. If you don’t consume these sodas, sports drinks, and juices, you won’t wash your teeth in that highly corrosive acid in the first place However, if the damage has already been done, all hope is lost Certain minerals play a HUGE part in your dental health not
Magnesium, copper, iron, phosphorus, calcium, and manganese in your saliva help strengthen and protect enamel. By coating your teeth in calcium and other minerals, it can neutralize the negative effects of demineralization
When these minerals make contact with your teeth, they reattach to the tooth and remineralize the enamel. That’s right certain minerals, as long as they come in contact with your teeth, help improve the rebuilding of the enamel in your teeth that was lost to demineralization.
The key is that remineralization occurs on the surface of your teeth The minerals must come in contact to enter those tiny gaps or cracks created when calcium is lost. The calcium and other minerals begin to replace the lost ones in your teeth to repair and reverse minor damage.
There are two ways remineralization happens automatically:
When you use mineral-rich products that come in contact with your teeth
If what you ’ re using to brush your teeth doesn’t have minerals in it, you may not want to use it
02
When you eat mineral-rich foods
After all, there must be minerals in your saliva if remineralization is to happen
That’s why you want to eat foods grown in soil, since they’re mineral-rich and accelerate remineralization However, the problem is that the mineral content of soil has been depleted over the years. There are less minerals in the food we eat today. Years ago, soil had more minerals in it, but modern agriculture stripped nutrients from soil in order to grow faster, pest resistant produce.
Thankfully, using specially formulated toothpowders that are rich in minerals can defend against demineralization AND help with remineralization. I say “specially formulated” because most commercial toothpastes contain no minerals.
So if you ’ re using a big brand, mass-produced toothpaste, it most likely doesn’t have the minerals needed to replenish those lost in your enamel.
Traditional store-bought brand toothpaste lack the minerals needed to help with demineralization Thankfully, you CAN add minerals to your teeth by using a powder that contains the minerals needed to rebuild the enamel
For example, clay has a naturally high mineral content, with the same minerals teeth need.
Certain mineral-rich toothpowders can be remineralizing when brushing with them The abundance of minerals in the clay helps put minerals back. When you put the minerals where they need to be, healing of your teeth can take place
Clay is rich in vital minerals that are beneficial to your teeth These include calcium, potassium, zinc, magnesium, iron, copper, and selenium. When you brush your teeth with clay, the minerals are encouraged to hang out in your saliva And before long, the minerals go back into your teeth Remineralization and restoring minerals to your teeth is something I learned from years of studying and researching.
As a nurse with a master’s degree in anesthesia, I started making my own healthcare products in 2007. This was when I became pregnant with my daughter and realized how harmful the ingredients in products were not just to me but to my unborn children
With my background in anesthesia, I knew the ingredients that were being used in most mass-produced, commercial toothpaste were not only void of minerals that could help with the remineralization of my teeth, but these toothpastes were also full of dangerous toxins!
sing commercial toothpaste, totally unaware arm it was doing
alized the demineralization that was g to my teeth, coupled with the fact that zation was not happening and factoring in ul chemicals that were in most es, I decided to stop using those right away.
o know how to get more minerals into my ause there were no minerals in my e. Worse than that, most toothpastes potentially toxic chemicals like glycerin, ryl sulfate, and artificial sweeteners
n leave a coating on your teeth which can mineralization It should make sense that ome sort of coating on your teeth, it’s going emineralization... even if minerals are
Sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) is a foaming agent found in most toothpastes, but the big issue is that sodium lauryl sulfate is considered a human carcinogen by the Environmental Working Group. In the scientific community, SLS is commonly acknowledged as a skin irritant and has been linked to mouth ulcers and canker sores
SLS can cause skin irritation, eye irritation, and hormonal imbalances. It can also cause denaturing of structural proteins, including the membranes of our mouth. So it could actually break down the membranes in your mouth Would you believe that sodium lauryl sulfate is commonly found in engine degreasers, garage floor cleaners, and car wash soaps? Guess what... It is! That’s what you’re brushing your teeth with!
We cannot forget about artificial sweeteners. They are horrible for your teeth!
Artificial sweeteners like saccharine and aspartame are manufactured from petroleum products, and MOST of them have been linked to cancer in some study or another.
Just aspartame alone has a list of side effects including headaches, dizziness, mood changes, vomiting, nausea, abdominal pain, change in vision, diarrhea, seizures, convulsions, memory loss, fatigue, numbness in legs, joint pain, depression, anxiety, blurred vision, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, systemic lupus, and various cancers.
And did you know... a by-product of aspartame is formaldehyde Roaches, ants, and house flies won’t go near the stuff.
Lovely, right? Yet, so many people eat it in their food or brush their teeth with it, and it’s causing major health problems. To top it all off, it’s acidic and causes demineralization Your toothpaste if it contains artificial sweeteners is causing minerals to be leached from your teeth.
Have you ever looked at your toothpaste container? If you looked at the labels on most tubes of toothpaste, you’d be shocked! Warnings like, “Keep out of reach of children under 6 years of age” or “If more than used for brushing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control center” should be a red flag. And yet many people put these poisons in their mouths every day.
Sadly, most companies routinely use toxic materials like these in their products because they’re cheap and help preserve things for a long time. However, I can show you how to remineralize your teeth and heal cavities with a natural solution
As I mentioned earlier, I started making my own healthcare products when I realized how harmful the ingredients in most commercial products were to me AND my unborn children
When digging online for tips that could help with remineralization, I found several earthen clays that have mineral-rich content. I’m talking about the same exact minerals your teeth need! So, if your diet lacks minerals from foods that are grown in soil, now you can get these minerals by brushing your teeth with them
Hydroxyapatite and certain clays contain the perfect amount of ideal substances for healing cavities and remineralizing the teeth – massive amounts of calcium, phosphorus, and other minerals.
The key to effectively remineralizing the teeth is providing the right minerals in the right balance so that your teeth can start rebuilding. This is why my company, Primal Life Organics created Dirty Mouth Powdered Mineral Toothpaste
My toothpowder can remineralize your teeth and reverse cavities.
For example, bentonite clay is one of the best things to brush your teeth with. It’s rich in vital minerals that are very beneficial to your teeth and gums like calcium, potassium, magnesium, and silica!
By mineralizing your oral health routine, you can take a big step in remineralizing your teeth, healing your cavities, and regrowing your enamel. I also add essential oils that are antiviral, antibacterial, and antimicrobial Not only do they make the toothpowder taste good, but they also help freshen your breath.
It’s so quick and easy to remineralize your teeth with my toothpowder. First, dip your wet toothbrush in the container. Then, brush your teeth for two minutes. Presto! You’ve just given your teeth the minerals needed for them to get healthy and rebuild that important, protective enamel barrier!
uth Powdered Mineral Toothpaste is m three different clays and patite that contain the minerals need to heal your teeth. They work y well to help add the needed The whole time you’re brushing our teeth are getting the minerals or remineralizing.
about this from researching the ce of trace minerals in clay that can help lize and strengthen your teeth. I wanted ays that contained the minerals your ed.
I’ve given this toothpowder as gifts to family and friends and got so much positive feedback Most of them tell me their teeth are whiter than they’ve ever been, and most say it makes their teeth feel very clean. The most surprising change was with those who had cavities and sensitive teeth that caused them pain with cold food They’re no longer sensitive to the cold!
Dirty Mouth Powdered Mineral Toothpas comes in different flavors like peppermi spearmint, bubblegum, sweet peppermi and more.
So now you know the truth! You CAN actually help your teeth rebound from mineral loss by brushing them with min that help them get stronger.
You may wonder... if you can heal your t mineral-rich clays, why won’t your dentis about this simple process.
I’m now working with the dental community to increase their awareness about clay-based alternatives The cool part is, once I show a dentist how it works, they love it and immediately get on board. After all, they love having simple, safe, effective and all-natural methods to help their patients protect and strengthen their teeth and gums!
Many are starting to talk more about this clay alternative, rather than promoting fluoride toothpaste that’s VERY toxic, especially for young kids
So, I don’t know about you... but I don’t want to risk my children swallowing even a small amount of fluoride paste and ending up with painful dental procedures
I know if I didn’t have a reason for researching this stuff, I may have never learned about it either! But, after digging and doing my research, it all made so much sense
If you want to rebuild the mineral-rich layer of enamel, you have to give it the raw materials needed!
Remineralization is like building a house If you have the wood and concrete, you can build the house... and even reinforce a house that’s less than structurally sound. The same thing is true with your teeth. By providing your enamel with the raw materials it’s made out of (which are the minerals found in my toothpowder) you can add back to that protective enamel, strengthen your teeth, make them healthier, and reinforce their structural integrity
So even though many dentists aren’t that familiar with this process, it’s slowly changing as I start to work with more and more of them. We’re joining forces to do what we can to improve the health and strength of your teeth and your kid's teeth
If they have a proven, effective, safer, and all-natural method like I show them, they’re absolutely fine with not recommending those large, brand-name fluoride toothpastes
Again, I’m not comfortable giving my kids any fluoride when it’s a known toxin.
So, just because dentists don’t outwardly promote mineralizing your teeth, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do it Pretty soon, more and more dentists will start talking about this clay-based method because it’s healthy, natural, and proven to work.
By introducing minerals into your mouth and saliva, you can fill in the gaps and holes that demineralization caused. You can now reverse the damage!
I feel that if I can help you reverse the damage, heal your teeth, and help you avoid future pain and expensive trips to the dentist, I want to do that. I want to help you remineralize your teeth.
Many of my customers tell me that when they go to their dentists, the dentists is amazed at how clean and healthy their teeth and gums are Their teeth already look like they were cleaned by a dentist!
Known cavities often disappear, leaving the dentists scratching their heads This is the power of remineralizing your teeth. When dentists asks my customers what they use to get rid of cavities and improve their dental health, you know it’s important.
You can improve your dental health by remineralizing your teeth through diet and by using Dirty Mouth Powdered Mineral Toothpaste.
