• Respect and promote workers’ rights and ensure their well-being, maintaining a good organizational climate and the necessary conditions so they can do their work comfortably, efficiently and safely. • Control, mitigate and compensate for the impacts of mining throughout the entire value chain.
• Maintain high standards in environmental practices to protect and restore the natural environment.
