Have recently completed MS in Interac4on Design from Domus Academy Milan, Italy. During the MS program I developed special interest for Design Thinking and Service Design. My founda4on of design was established during the bachelor’s program in product design from Symbiosis Ins4tute of Design, Pune. I worked with Fiserv for 2 years where I worked on many interes4ng BFSI applica4on design projects. I enjoy doing brainstorming, conceptualiza4on for Innova4ve products and services using ethnographic studies. My Interest lies in music, photo‐documenta4on, travelling and learning about new cultures.

The Issues addressed in this solu5on is co crea5on of the shopping list in a typical family environment and quick self checkout and easy payment systems which could be enabled through mobile phones.

Product Understanding Ideation and conceptualization
AML – An5 Money laundering applica5on is a product used to inves5gate the financial crimes across the world.
Creating clickable prototype/high fidelity wireframe

Objec5ve here was to simplify the complex interface of the exis5ng applica5on to a simpler and easy to use applica5on with a be]er efficiency and speeding up the inves5ga5on process.
Started the project with Understanding the An5 money laundering system and the processes then analyzed the tasks. Reviewed the exis5ng applica5on and created review documenta5on of the exis5ng system.

LSP
LSP, Loss mi5ga5on process. – Loan servicing product is an applica5on for processing loans. The module worked on was Loss mi5ga5on process of a loan. Objec5ve here was to transla5on the loss mi5ga5on process and the tradi5onal based UI into a web applica5on to enhance the End users Experience. This work also involved in understanding the domain and proposing new process flow for the Loss mi5ga5on ac5vity.
Started with understanding the domain of loss mitigation process. And walk through of the existing task flows and user journeys.
Analyzed the processes and proposed new concept of the system flow
Based on the new system flow created paper prototypes

ICMC – Mobile App
ICMC is an exis5ng online portal for loan accounts re payments etc. The objec5ve here was to translate it into a mobile applica5on (I phone app) aber understanding the process, analyzed and picked up certain tasks to be incorporated as the applica5on features to make a pleasurable experience for the End Users.

In this project the task was to design an I phone application for ICMC portal which is basically a loan servicing product. And began to understand the product.
Created concept sketches and understanding the product and scope of converting into an iphone app.

Created clickable prototype and simulated on a real I phone.
With this simulation User Interviews were taken after selecting I phone users from different background. Tested a few task flow journeys.
Analyzed based on the users comments and performance of the given tasks
Based on the analysis made some design changes and created final screens
Visual design and now the product in on app store.

Positive pay
As a part of capability building projects, worked on the concept of Payment alert. “ posi5ve pay” where any transac5on could be approved by the payee. This system was introduced to reduce the fraudulent transac5ons.
Aber some paper sketches the prototype
Clickable prototype simulated for user journey walkthrough. Finally this product was taken and proposed for further development.
