FIBER MICRO INFUSION

INTRODUCING THE MOST REPELLING TECHNOLOGY KNOWN TO MAN.

With Fiber Micro Infusion technology based on NASA innovation, Dry Technology ensures that a wide variety of natural fibers and fabrics become highly water-resistant, stain-proof and odor-proof for the useful life of the garment. Dry Technology is proven DRY TECHNOLOGY Fiber Micro Infusion

to accomplish these feats without fabrics losing their inherent comfort, sustainability or breathability. Comfortable and practical, Dry Technology is setting a new standard in textile treatment. The formulation requires fewer washes, less detergent, and less drying time.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR MOISTURE, STAINS AND ODORS

The Fiber Micro Infusion technology is comfortable, safe, durable and “green.”

Dry Technology creates a hyper genetic fabric system that dramatically speeds up the passthrough and evaporation process. Polyester and cotton fibers are “reliant” on wicking – which makes them susceptible to absorbing

can help you save considerable green – as in energy savings. With far less drying times and way fewer wash cycles required, Dry Technology offers you a real green advantage on your energy consumption and costs. Plus, the performance attributes we provide to natural materials allows for the use of far less synthetics.

FAR-RANGING APPLICATIONS

Dry Technology provides the maximum water-resistance, stain-proofing and odor-proofing properties for a wide range of industries: • EVERYDAY FASHION - Denim, swimwear, women’s and men’s dress apparel, kid’s clothing, casual wear, formal wear… • PERFORMANCE APPAREL – Golf, soccer, tennis, fitness, football, outdoor action sports, hunting, fishing, camping, head apparel… • UNIFORMS – Various apparel and equipment options… • HOME PRODUCTS – Bedding, blankets, furniture… • MEDICAL – Surgical garments, bedding, linens, surgical drapes… • RESTAURANT – Napkins, table cloths, chef’s apparel, aprons...

DRY TECHNOLOGY PUT TO THE TEST Dry Technology may have been inspired by outer space, but how well will the Fiber Micro Infusion work in your world? Tests* reveal: • Once treated with Dry Technology, and after 30 hot washings and drying cycles, your favorite 65/35 poly cotton blend fabric will repel water 85 times better than it would if left untreated • Dry Technology can make your 100% cotton woven material water resistant enough to Pass U.S. Custom’s Harmonized requirements for rainwear • The Molecular Sciences and Engineering Team from the U.S. Army Natick Soldier Research Center verified that the breathability of your favorite fleece, denim, or cotton t-shirt remains virtually unchanged after being treated with Dry Technology

From Red Wine to Betadine… …it’s near impossible to stain a fabric once it’s treated with Dry Technology

SEE THE DIFFERENCE. FEEL THE DIFFERENCE. Dry Technology is a fiber micro infusion process which will make natural or synthetic fibers or fabric highly water-resistant, stain proof, and odor proof for the useful life of the garment, without changing the inherent texture or breathability of the fabric.

To see our Fiber Micro Infusion technology at work, try these simple tests: TEST 1

TEST 2

1. Feel both swatches of 100% lightweight cotton fabric and note that the texture is identical.

1. Fill up a large bowl of water with 4 to 5 cups of water.

2. Put the fabric swatches up to your mouth and breathe through them. Can you feel the air easily pass through? 3. Place a large drop of water on each patch. 4. Wait one hour, or longer, if you so desire. 5. Note how Dry Technology repels the water without impeding the breathability of the fabric. The results are the same with red wine, ketchup, or betadine.

2. Feel both swatches of 100% lightweight cotton fabric and note that the texture is identical. 3. Put the fabric swatches up to your mouth and breathe through them. Can you feel the air easily pass through? 4. Place both swatches of fabric, side by side, in the bowl of water. 5. Observe that the untreated fabric becomes immediately saturated and the treated fabric remains buoyant. Go ahead, try and submerge the treated fabric. 6. Now, retrieve the treated fabric from the water. Pat with a paper towel and in seconds it is completely dry.
