A detailed trip flyer is provided for students and parents with the trip date, itinerary, payment schedule, and instructions on how to register for the trip online. Posters are also provided for the classroom. A Kelly Tours Representative will visit your school to answer parent, chaperone, and teacher questions. During a slide show with pictures of the motor coach and destination, the Representative will go over the itinerary and payment options. Parents can register and pay online! All of your trip data will be at the tip of your fingers in the Teacher’s Lounge at KellyTours.com. View the trip roster in real time, complete easy rooming and bus lists, view payment balances, and more.

Your Kelly Tours Representative will stay in touch throughout all stages of the trip to ensure special requests are met, educational materials are provided, and to provide help navigating the website. The final letter is provided three weeks before the trip with complementary Kelly Tours T-Shirts. This letter details departure and return times, provides a daily itinerary, and a list of what students should bring for a wonderful traveling experience. A Tour Director will accompany the group to work with the driver, ensure that the group stays on schedule, and take care of all trip components allowing the group leader to focus on chaperoning the participating students.
